  • Traditionally, Daoist Neigong is not meant to be practiced by the general public like Qigong. In this video, you will learn what are the requirements and commitments needed to be successful in Daoist Neigong, what you can expect from the first few practices of the Zhong Lu Dan Dao Linage. Furthermore, how this inner alchemy practice can help your spiritual progress even if you do not care about your physical body.

I have as well found you.First, a friend of mine who has a PHD in Chinese Medicine, introduced me to Nei Kung. My journey began with Steve Gray, IP man, and Bruce Lee. ... the Dragons, in which I feel that I am. Then to Yan Shou Gong through Master Yap Boh Heong, a Shaolin's perspective. For me, there has always been an inner guidance towards Taoism. I am retired and have the time. Yet in which you have suggested, I must give myself wholeheartedly to this practice on top of the other practices that I do.. Love, B.

Thank you kindly, Sifu Cheung, for this clear and informative introduction to Daoist neigong. I found it to be very interesting; definitely not "boring." I have owned both the Wilhelm and Cleary translations of the Secret of the Golden Flower for 30 years, so I'm immensely interested in that practice; and was surprised to learn that the Book only covers the beginning stage of it. I'm unprepared to join this coming neigong workshop, although I hope to be prepared for the next one, in the second half of next year. Thank you again for the great generosity in offering these teachings through online workshops!!

Dear SIFU..I have been watching your video plus another one about how to Open the Jia Ji Gate. I am practicing 20 years qi gong and tai tsi different systems Not every day and sometimes i was out for long periods..When i was dedicated I felt the energy not to flow but in diferent parts of my body sometimes strong others light! I didnt have a permanent teacher so I used to experience many diferent styles. And this is wrong and dangerous not only in NEIGONG but also in qi gong as well when you are alone! I felt for exaple the energy very strong in a part of my body and I didnt know what to do and it holded for hour..I am 65 female Pilates teacher and from last year i face health problems with
my lungs with coughing and short breath. So I start with real dedication and desciple practicing qiqong for lugs 3 to 5 am plus some other elements .I see no improvement and I would say getting worse up to now. And my JIA JI GATE vibated with strong energy almost all day
and every day and i dont have a SIFU to ask what is happening However I want to say that a desciple must belong to a SIFU system to be protected and be in touch with him! Thanks for listening me!

So THIS is what is happening to me since I don't have sexual desire anymore, or very very mild (I can do without it perfectly fine), but I still have psychological want of that emotion, but I can't get it, and this creates problems in relationships. I gradually moved into having a higher pleasure, which is more toward deep intimate contact than sexual simulation.
I also started to take many adaptogenic herbs to self medicate and increase testosterone, but I kissed goodbye to the high levels of libido I had in the past nonetheless. I'm 30 ffs, I should have a strong libido, but I find myself to be peaceful and serene, while sexual desire is basically nonexistent, I have to struggle to create it in me or look for newer and newer girls, and the emotion of the new conquest is the thing that fuels the sexual desire, but it's still lower than before I started cultivating.
    Definitely not for everyone.
I also notice the drop in energy when I ejaculate, and when I talk about it to friends they don't understand, probably because they're used to work at low energy levels.
Is there a way to make my strong libido come back and have mind bending and intense sexual experiences like I had in the past before cultivating?
