- S’mores Pie is AMAZING. This dessert is comfort food at its best-warm, rich, and ooey-gooey. A little goes a long way-this pie is SWEET. But lucky for me, I don’t just have one sweet tooth; I have ALL sweet teeth! Enjoy!
S’mores Pie (recipe from tastykitchen.com)
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 8 graham crackers sheets)
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1-7 oz. container marshmallow fluff
1 c. mini marshmallows
¼ c. semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together. Add the egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Add the graham cracker crumbs, all purpose flour, and baking powder and mix to incorporate (start on a low speed to avoid a mess!). Press half of the dough mixture into the bottom of a greased pie pan. Spread the marshmallow fluff on top of the dough. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the surface. Evenly place bits of the remaining dough all over the surface of the pie. Sprinkle the semi sweet chocolate chips over top. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crust is baked through. Cool slightly. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream…or both!!

You do an amazing job for filming by yourself. I do that on occasion and it takes me FOREVER to get the multiple angles...and I usually forget to turn my mic on. Definitely not a smooth operation, haha. But hopefully people can't tell too much!
