I can't wait for part 3 , all jokes aside I am a indie game developer working on a game atm to help inspire other developers create better horror content, I have been studying fear for a long time now and I came to a understanding on how to create a set of AI that is terrifying, our minds fear unpredictability because of the fear of the unknown, but too much is frustrating, but what if you know and understand how a monster works but don't know how they function?
You ruined the 100 game dev, not attacking you, just saying, next time when working on a project with others, don't really change the game or game style itself. Fix bugs and game breaking things and add stuff, don't change the whole game and ruin it
In some other video from another channel, they were doing a challenge of multiple devs working on a game without communicating And all he did was ”wrong” was change the hand model… (This was a WHILE ago)

But it's good to recognize that people value identity and stylistic choices (aka "vibe", even something as simple and reletively pointless as a silly hand design) I'm sure you will recognize it in your own work in the future. Just recognize theres something to learn, keep being as awesome as you are, and like you said people willl move on.
yeaa i know, if i had more than 20 seconds to explain then i would have actually made more sense because from the clip it does look like i just decided it was time to replace stuff.
