Stock halogen bulb has the longest life time.
After trying everything I personally using crystal eye led 120w but each 60watt best works on Projector almost 250 plus compare to Osram 25led

Without violating the rule, Philips racing vision GT200 halogen is the best option.. One can't change the wattage or type of bulbs.. Its 55/60 watt which is same as stock halogens.

Can you please help me with guide or confirm me is it possible to upgrade Tata Nexon XM 2019(type1) headlights to Tata Nexon XZ+ (projectors) headlights.

No 2019 Nexon and 2020 Nexon headlight have different shape you can't upgrade.
There are option available where you can install a projector in reflector type headlamp. And they are very good but you have to get it done from some expert

Go for OSRAM 80W halogen without any wiring kit upgrade, it costs only 400 Rs. I'm using it, so far so good.

For my Ecosport - which is having poor lighting issue, i tried with Philips racing vision H 7 - claiming 200 % brighter light, but I don't find difference between stock bulbs and new bulbs (costing Rs.2200/- a pair). Now I am thinking to replace with LED

Light throw depends on the internal design of headlamp reflector.
but a brigher bulb would have a brighter throw. so technically reflector doesnt matter when comparing

Yes only when comparing different designs. He had the same halogen design bulb so this should not matter. Plus, bulb model no. was H7 sonits the right bulb.
That 200% is compared to a very ordinary bulb which might be dim.
Stock halogen bulb becomes dim after sometime so after like 4-5 yrs u need replacement. Else keep the stock bulb do not change.
