With Thelwell I agree with Ian, he does need to come out and speak because we complain that senior figures don’t communicate so this would be a good move in terms of telling the fans what direction we want to go, however I also agree with Gary that the proof is in the pudding so it’s a mixture of both that he needs to do imo.
On Lampard, We won’t find out anything sadly because he will sign an NDA as part of his compensation package.
Unfortunately for Frank, he was just a cheerleader for the fans and tactically you can she where he lacks managerial experience. He should do what Duncan Ferguson needs to do and go to League 1/2 or even abroad.
Good luck to him for the future and he will always be welcome back at GP for the work he done with the fan base

Neil Maupay favoured position is a No: 9, but can play on the left of a front three, so in a 4-3-3 format it would be Maupay, Calvert - Lewin , and Gray.

The problem is lads is do we trust the Board to make the right decision on the new manager/coaching staff..!! 100% "NO"..!! The only thing we can keep our hopes on is that we are not marooned (ie) We are not 10 points from safety a win or 2 and we'll be mid-table and were only halfway thru through the season, so all that matters is Premier League survival and getting a manager in the short term who will do that..!! And with the Board we can channel everything into getting them out at the end of the season it's about staying in the League is the only thing that matters right now for the immediate future..£35million spent on McNeil and Malpauy we could have bought 2 maybe 3 attacking reinforcements and if that had happened we would not be in the bottom 3...!! Goals scored would have pushed us up at least halfway up the table..!!

Dude were gone we have play arsenal X2 man city x1. Chelsea X1 spurs X1 man it'd X1 Brighton X1 there is 7 defeats comfortable defeats recruitment team should be sacked asap Sharpe should leave baxendale leave it doesn't matter if 20 games gone because only one change coming there is not enough change IL be shocked if we don't lose least 12 more games soon team scores one game over no players come in. We need 8 wins to stay up 39pts maybe 7 wins draw 37pts but we have start score at least two goals game to have chance doing that

@Mark Dunne I get what you're saying but if we get 1 or 2 forwards in that will score goals I guarantee we'll be OK..!! We are not miles away from safety theirs about 4/5 teams only a point or 2 above us and 18 games is 54points still to play for and yes we won't maybe not even half but with draws and less defeats which a better manager and coaching staff who coach the players properly can make a massive difference + fanbase forget about the Board tilll end of season and focus all are efforts and positivity into new manager and hopefully better coached team could make the difference between survival and the unthinkable..!! If World Cup hadn't split the season we'd only be in Mid-december for games..Not end of January so we need to keep believing 🙏 no matter how hard it is but if you love the club like I'm sure you do, focus on what we could not what we can't by giving up already 💙 COYB AND UTFT

A big part of the problem at the club is that fans and the Board believe that EFC is a 'big. club, when the reality is that we are a bang average club and have been for many years. There is a huge disconnect between what the fans expect and the reality of the situation the club has been in for many years. Fans and the Board need to adopt a sense of cold, hard reality, and stop living in the past, as glorious as that was. Until such time as that happens fan hysteria will drive out managers and players.

Franks last game in charge agaisnt Wear Ham he picked 11 players who.had.been signed by 5 different mangers. Against Southampton from the 11 that started they were signed by 6 mangers. It was simply beyond Frank to piece all this together based on his inexperience as a coach. But even an experience manger will struggle to piece so many different types of players signed by so many different mangers for different styles and tactics will struggle

Everytime Everton scored I was actually surprised. I had and still don't have any confidence in them scoring. We should have sold Gordon when we had the chance and brought in quality. We'd be lucky to get 15 mil for him now let alone anything near the 50 mil figure that was being thrown around. This club truly is a shambles.

Yes, we need a fire fighter or at least a very experienced manager to get these players in tune. The Club haven't a clue what to do about his replacement. They were late announcing Lampard's sacking due to their usual incompetence. Bielsa will have half the squad in the medical room after 5 minutes. We will never see DCL or Mina again.

There are Young Blues who can't update their FIFA quick enough to keep up with mishmash, kenwrong and little miss headlock hiring & firing managers and mis-directors of football.

There is no way on this earth that some day soon you will be able to find out who authorised the purchase of Maupay, Mc Neil etc, in exactly the same way that Chelsea or Spurs fans wont ever find out precisely who was instrumental in bringing in their most recent recruits!

Most would agree that he should have been sacked after the Bournemouth results an aggregate of 7-1 over two games was inexcusable. That would have given us six weeks to sort things out and prepare for the games against Leicester, Wolves, Southampton and West Ham. It’s those six pointer defeats that have really damaged us and the problem for a new manager has been made so much worse. I don’t understand the sympathy being extended to him, he didn’t seem to learn from defeats, his tactics were questionable, substitutions abysmal and an appalling record and don’t mention his politics!

If go listen to Alladyce he's really pissed with Everton by the way we got rid of him after we finished 8th under him from a relegation position..!! Heard him on his podcasts slating Everton big-time over the way it ended for him at the club..!! So I doubt he would even take the job and personally I don't like his style but thru bites lips I have to thank him for his firefighting at the club

The issues with the inept hierarchy and squad full of garbage wont be resolved anytime soon, but I am glad Frank has gone because a new face (Dyche would be my choice) MIGHT just keep us up whereas relegation was looking an absolute certainty under Lampard. We have simply GOT to stay up at any cost as relegation would see us off for years. 😨

And we all know what happens to clubs who Kia jobrachin is involved with championship League one and League two they are ruined them. Guys I'd take biesla end season comes in now guaranteed go down his style football our players can't do and he will concede 6/7 goals match end season 100%

Why do you all treat Allardyce like he’s a leper!!! This team would get relegated from the championship!! I’d rather dog rough football with Allardyce and premier league survival! And if we did get relegated he has the experience to bring us up again! I’m coming to the conclusion that the Everton fans are getting what they deserve!
