    This is one heck of a hair oil no doubt about that! My only suggestion about working with dried flowers and herbs and medicinal plants are, they should be "infused" to draw out their medicinal properties, usually boiled on low heat or a cup of hot water poured over them. Unless you infuse in the sunlight or over a long period of time. 4 to 6 weeks.. or warm up oils helps also. Thanks for a great video as always

    • @GodLOVES_you1437

      So warm up everything once in the jar then let it sit?

    • @gcc2313
      @gcc2313 4 года назад +46

      D H
      Warming up can help with releasing certain compounds faster. You don’t have to boil it you can also just heat it up to a warm temperature. Because to much heat may break down certain compounds.
      But if you allow it to sit long enough, 1+ week it should infuse nicely as well.

    New subbie . OMG I thought I was the great alchemist. I can’t wait to make this oil. I like that you prepare the next batch ahead of time. I also prepare my oils at least 30 days in advance. That way I never leave my hair wanting nourishment. I have most of these ingredients. I just have to buy the chebe. I had stocked up on Ayurvedic herbs, so when the Rona hit, I could still be consistent with my hair care. I also add my Ayurvedic recipes in an app on my phone, so that way when I’m shopping and have some extra cash, I can pull up my list. Thank you so much‼️✌🏾

    Google a local Indian grocery store by you, I made a similar oil with henna, fenugreek seeds, brahmi powder, rose petals, Amla oil, coconut oil, olive oil, hibiscus oil, neem flowers, moringa powder, rosemary, bhrinraj oil, shikaikai, avocado oil, and some more stuff for literally under $50. I let it sit for 2 weeks.

    This oil is Awesome, true game changer. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I definitely see a difference. My hair is thicker and full of moisture. How often do you all make your oils, 2 weeks, 30 days or longer? I’m currently using my 1st batch that I made a month ago. Is this normal?

      @@lolaperkins5649 I've noticed less shedding. And the hair at my roots feel stronger but softer (I'm only applying as a scalp oil and not on my stands because of the blended rice powder I put in it, not about to get protein overload). I haven't seen growth or thickness yet but I've only applied it about five or six times since I made it.

    I've heard that you are not supposed to put Chebe directly on the scalp at all i am curious with doing hot oil treatments etc... If anyone experienced any scalp issues due to the chebe in this mixture? I am wanting to try this myself just want to make sure i wont be damaging my scalp. Love your videos btw the best ones i've seen and very informative.

      yeah i saw a lot of people saying to not out chebe on your scalp. i would think that because bri’s mix has so many other ingredients, it would be diluted a lot. regardless, i didn’t buy the chebe. you don’t have to make it exactly the way she did ❤️
