Stumbled across this video by accident. Did not know Jason had a youtube channel. Bought this watch in the beginning of 2024, superb watch and superb communication from Jason. Keep up the good work!
Great video. I just finished my first build - 62mas and really impressed with the quality of the parts from Aliexpress. I had quite a few learnings from my first build, scratched the dial was one of them but it’s so much fun to put together.
Mate, i like your videos and watches. In the next video, could you perhaps write a list of your tools in the description and explain a little bit what tools you recommend and why? Thank you very much for that, best wishes from Germany
Thanks! Parts and tools are listed in the description :) I've also got a full video just on the tools, I'll link it for you! ruclips.net/video/xgrJ8HiduwI/видео.html
@@jbwatchmods Thank you very much for your support buddy and keep making such great watches and videos. By the way, i ordered one from you last week and it's already on its way to me. ;-) I'm very happy. But I'll try to build the next one myself.... 🤩🤩🤩
Great video dude, but cant find a slim case (under 12mm) to buit my GS style watch. Would you recomend me a slim case to fit an nh35 or similar?? Regards from Chile
Thanks mate. You may need something like this from namoki. You can use my code for 5% off aswell : JBWATCHMODS5 www.namokimods.com/en-au/collections/namoki-custom-cases/products/nmk940-gs-dress-watch-case-steel-finish
That looks like the same case used by Corgeut and Thorn. I'd say if you don't have the expertise or tools required to assemble your own watch, look for a Thorn or Corgeut with NH35 movement.
Just a little FWIW - I assume, from going to your website, that your surname is Bell? You put Bell on the face of some of your watches. You are aware that there are already well established and famous watch companies, one called Ball, the other called Bell & Ross. I am not aware whether they are particularly litigious or not, but you may be sailing a little close to intellectual property rights there. Worth considering taking Bell off those watches. I say this as a friendly warning. You probably know this already...

Thats awesome! You're bound to damage a fair few parts when your just starting out, but its all apart of learning :)
The dial has no date, but the movement does, does it matter? Sorry, new to building and would like to build this one.
Really need to find that dial. It’s gorgeous
It certainly is, such a shame!
Can you make a short video about the hand setter? Looks easy to use and I might get one
Yeah, will certainly be doing one! I find them very easy to use, links to the tools in the description aswell!
that was incredible. what a beautiful watch and what great work you did on it!amzwatch
Thank you :)
cool looks very good! Could you make a video on how to change the dial on a Seiko Sports 5 GMT? Or how do I know what size dial I need?
Will definitely be doing a video on this in the future! Generally most dials in that style watch use a 28.5mm dial
Best way to know is to remove the movement from the case and measure the dial diameter.
Great video ordered the materials will be my first mod cheers!
Thats great to hear. Goodluck!
Another great video, another great looking watch.
Cheers!

does the dial that you linked in the description have the work seiko on it
Yes it does
Hi, how did u get a dial with SEIKO word on it? Cant find it in aliexp. Appreciate if you can share a link. Thank you 👍
Hi, the dial used in this video is unavailable but I've linked a similar dial for you in the description
Thank You 😊
Do you do a no date ?
Certainly can! Shoot me an email if your interested - jb.watchmods@gmail.com

Or pick one up from us at www.jbwatchmods.com.au 😉
Do the dials come with the Seiko logo on them?
Not all of them, best to double check with the seller if your unsure
Could you post a link to the correct dial please
Unfortunately the exact dial I used in this build is no longer available, so I've linked the next closest
I thought so. Cheers for the clarity. Great build
Hello can i ask you you bought the dial from a market that has only 8 subscribers should i be worried??its my first time 🙂
Hi, i have had a good experience purchasing these dials in the past with no issues. But thats just my experience 🙂

Hi mate, that is correct and Im certainly aware of those companies! Thanks for the advice, I will look into this further
I assume you’re referring to Bel Hamel and Bell & Ross. Do you think using the name Bell, which is his real name, could actually get him in trouble?
@ possibly yes as he is clearly making clones.
