- Andi ( @FirstLightAdv ) & I head for the Victorian High Country on an epic 3 day adventure ride, with plans of riding Billy Goat Bluff and Blue Rag tracks. But day 1 sees us making an emergency camp on the side of the road as rain and visibility gets worse and leaves us questioning the planned route.
Andi on his 1990 Kawasaki KLR250 and me on my 2008 custom Suzuki V-Strom 650.

Rain on day 1 wasn't good. Everything I was wearing got wet, and settling up camp in the rain isn't fun.
Next 2 days made up for it.
That looked pretty tough going Ian, the changes everything. Clay is our enemy. Good job climbing the lookout . Look forward to next part.

It was a wet start to the trip, luckily the next 2 days weather made up for it.
Looking forward to the next installments, great places to ride...in good weather...I'm guessing it was a bit of a hard slog in the wet...was up around that area on the Super Tenere not too long ago (dry weather).
