Cleet seems like the boss everyone wants to work for. He really does seem to take care of his employees needs and gets them the tools to do there jobs right. Very few bosses care that much.
I agree. He clearly demands a high level of quality work and an attitude of whatever it takes to get that done, but he never forgets that his team makes it all possible. And rewards them in many ways.

It’s like when George was first added to the driving team. Now he expects it, but he’s still so humble about it and is in there with the boys wrenching.

Hey Cleet, I hope you see this! Worked in the concerts industry for years. You should look at getting your merch dept. setup with road case display’s. You can roll out full displays, remove a cover and sell. Save you guys a ton on setup and tear down time. Look at R&R cases or L&M cases to see what I’m talking about

First time I saw cleetus in person I had him autograph a hat for me. While he was signing it, his merch tent almost flew away when a gust of wind got under it. We both grabbed the frame and held on while it tried to lift off. When it settled he gave me the hat back I said “you need a merch trailer”. Then I helped hold it until his team could start breaking it down.
Glad to see he’s got a real trailer now, and it’s way bigger and way nicer than anything I had imagined.

That trailer is really nice, not to mention tossing in that top condition dually to go with it. I really like watching your progression as times goes on.
I've been looking around for a nice older style Ranger just like the one you purchased for a daily, and light duty hauling and odd jobs. Nice find on a clean well kept unit. You won't find that up here where I live. Rusted and junk by the time they get that old up here in the north for the most part. Or, you pay through the nose for something even close to that.

The turbo charged ecoboost that the ford GT uses actually fits into the early 2000 and later rangers without too much modification needed. Since some came factory with a 4.0 V6. Now, trying to stuff a V8 under the hood is very difficult, especially if you still want to have four-wheel drive.
Definitely a good purchase, can't wait to see some decals on that trailer n it full at an event

I love how James put an army helmet on to ask about car insurance....... for a great low rate you can get online, go to the general, and save some time! Also, can't wait to see those rims after Sam gets his hands on them.
I notice on the Facebook fan page, there are always fans going out of their way JUST to take a picture in front of the FF gate. Maybe think about opening up a merch storefront like the FnA firehouse. Where fans both local and vacationers could go and potentially cross paths with one of the guys. Could sale motion parts too... keeps fans from trying to see you at your shop or blocking the track entrance.

There could be multiple videos where the guys take the girls to the track for their first(?) passes, give them the run down and basics, etc. Then a second video where the girls have to teach the guys how to run the merch booth, how to track sales, do inventory, and all the other stuff that goes on behind the scenes.
For some reason, I have a feeling it'll be a LOT harder for the guys to do merch than it would for the girls to drive for an event lol.
@@mattk1881 it's not just driving, you can see how many hours and late nights they put in to getting the cars ready to race. Driving is the easiest part of their job. If the guys have to learn the whole merch system, the girls have to learn to prep the cars lol
