@@Bislo I saw that russian invasion, tbh you got really lucky with your germany and Russian players early on. Russia didn’t form ussr and Germany didn’t take Poland as usual.
I got colonies in Africa cause European countries usually take everything before you.

used to be so good at poland. my main strat was always to make as much money as possible then either lock down poland or surprise attack germany depending on the player. once germany is captured i usually either went for Western Europe or challenged Russia for the commonwealth.
then my computer broke and i haven’t played ron in over a year

I once almost beated germany as poland because the guy didint know how to play the game so well, but then france, which was his ally, decided to join in and now I needed to handle two europeans superpowers. And different from germany, this french player knew how to play. After the war (in which I started) I white peaced germany and the guy agreed because he was "loosing". The french guy wasn't happy after that.

I always play as Poland and I love trolling Germany. Germany always sees them self as some untouchable god and when war starts I'm often losing many city's and they get toxic then the rush my capital and then all their troops die and I start destroying.

To be fair, and I am in no way discrediting the video, you did get extremely lucky with a Germany that didn't expand all that much and ultra lucky with a Russia that didn't go into Europe.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but I find massed attack as a horrible doctrine for land. The lack of experience gives your tanks a HUGE setback and they will easily be wiped out if you can't get enough of them to a certain position. And it's important to remember that you will more than likely go against bigger numbers in fights against Germany or Russia. It's much better to have solid units in the ground than vacuumable units that you spam at the enemy.

For me how I get more mp is that I put conscription law to limited, it does not have a big effect. Plus it gives a higher mp cap and more mp gain
yeah it is something that you should always do but in earlygame poland you dont have enough political power especially if you turn on public service act

@@AmYisraelChai10 actually public service act helps a lot in early game especially if a nation usually immediately declares. that is why i use it it just makes it easier to defend. if you play a nation that doesnt get invaded immediately then yeah its not worth it

I'm a regular Germany player and Poland players always seem to just focus on one front. I just spam some suicide tanks on the main front and I always station some troops in the baltic sea with submarines. I just move down the baltic sea troops to warsaw and poland is defeated. All Poland players fall for this trick.
Every time I inavde Poland as Germany I get attacked by France and Russia
they just have auto capture

Seriously, just defend the mountains. Fortify a few cities, entrench some troops in them, build artillery and if Germany is smart, a small navy and aa. And even better of you get at tech. And then you've basically won against Germany.

Additional tips:
-If you can't form Polish-Lithuania because of Russia in early game, try forming Zapadoslavia, as it will give you an economic and militar boost
-If Germany entrenches his troops and/or tanks in Berlin, bring them down with artillery, battleships and destroyers.
-Remember to train your troops and possibly find a good general
-Fortify your capital too, and entrench tanks in it. If Germany rushes it with arillery, use others tanks or troops to kill them

fortifying capital is expensive + since you are already building a factory there it will take time to build it but its probably worth it
sometimes its better to go massed attack but i did get a general and mentioned it so yeah

One time I managed to form EU after Russia and Germany invaded me as Poland. I got lucky as the US founded the UN after Russia declared and so he WP and Germany did the same. The US did nothing to help me against Russia though.

I'm recently getting into the online part of RoN, I used to just use a private server, and I'm worried that when I play I'm just going to get steamrolled instantly because when someone invades me I have no clue what to do or how to stop them. What should I do in those situations.
fight back
defense is a huge topic. typically if you're an island-based nation or italy/britain, you want to have artillery as that will kill destroyers and allow you to have submarines in order to take out enemy troops that try to land. you'd also need a destroyer and one battleship minimum if they also try to make a navy, especially against much larger nations. i had a match where the USA invaded me as britain, he spammed 70-something destroyers and they were all taken out from 4 battleships, he couldn't make it past ireland and left.
if it's on the ground, if you have time for preparation always send in meatshield troops in order to stop enemy troops' pathing, maybe 20k troops. this means that the player has to re-initiate their troops or else they wont move at all unless they're specified to auto-capture. in order to take out enemy troops, you'll generally need 75% of their troops if you're entrenched, and if you're on mountainous/arid/ mountainous-arid terrain you'll only need a quarter of the troops they have (not including fortification bonuses). you want anti-aircraft on your main defensive troop areas and on important cities e.g factories, capital as well as artillery to chip off enemy units.
if the enemy sends in one huge unit, it most likely won't be on auto-capture so you can stop it via meatshields, and while it's stopped from meatshields you can use artillery to massively damage the units before they come into combat range. when the units do reach your own, you can use other units that you have in order to enable the "flank" mechanic ingame, which will massively increase your damage bonuses towards the enemy.
if you're against tanks, try to get your infantry units HVAP as soon as possible within the research tree and enemy tanks will easily be shredded.
if you're up against someone who builds up troops for 30 minutes, carefully capture cities near their buildup (they wont want to leave because entrenchment bonuses) and use artillery to coerce them into attacking your now entrenched troops or damaging their troops safely.
DO NOT:
waste your manpower, they will be wasting much more and you need a lot of manpower in case they decide to switch their strategy up, e.g they start to muster up troops and artillery and you need to make more artillery of your own, however you're out of manpower and money because you just spammed 250k infantry divisions.
tunnel vision. VERY IMPORTANT. you must look for where enemy troops are at all times, and plan accordingly. some players may try to hide troops and snipe your capital or get around your troops via the ocean or hiding within their allies' borders.
get cocky. just because they have lost 500k troops to your 50k doesn't mean you can hop off of your defensive position, if they have 500k troops to lose they very likely have more to lose, and you'll lose all your defensive bonuses if you decide to go on the offensive
wait for the enemy to regroup their troops. it sounds like it contradicts the previous point, but what i mean is if you KNOW that most of their troops have just died (judging off of that country's manpower limits which is based off of experience playing the game) go ahead and recapture cities. in my head, i am imagining the soviet union facing germany, where the soviets have just spent all their manpower on an offensive push, all of their troops died and now german tanks can push into soviet territory
NOTES:
- always maintain at least 10% of your cities so that they can't make you auto-accept
- tanks are great early game, just dont get them on mountainous or semi-mountainous terrain
- 3 electronic factories, 2 for smaller nations and 1 for micro nations, sell to big AI countries, learn generally how many electronics a factory can take before declining and if you're a smaller (around the size of netherlands or larger) nation you can get steel and motor factories if desired
this is all i could think of in around 25 minutes, i wish for people to add more

You can actually choose neutrality act as poland to get 100% more resistance and more tax so you can actually beat germany as poland! Although it is made against germany you can also use it against russia.
Edit: you have to work fast since it cinsumes political power like craazy
I remember i annexed germany fast, then NAU and qing dynasty declared on me, but i defended and made china collapse as lithuania, they had like 4 carriers so i went for slovakia, even with 17 million deaths they had more and i won that war.

I was germany justifed and declared war on france france attacked me while poland joined and attack me on the back i forgot to defend my capital and i asked uk to help me if he dint i would have lost cus all of my main troops where attacking france so uk defended my capital i said to uk ill give him france if he helps me on poland so its why he helped me i won annaxed france italy switzerland spain czech austrai and formed the empire then gave france to uk
As a german player here's a tip for you poland players: Don't camp warsaw the entire war, because eventually Germany will have all the other cities and they can force peace you.
in a private server with my friend he spawned 1000+ tanks as north korea while my soldiers survived
