Hyperant carefully making the most balanced ideology stats. But yeah like you mentioned, democracy is best when paired up with a non-democratic nation. I think hyperant purposely made it so democracy sucks by itself but godly when paired with a fascist nation because it's meant to be a support ideology to fund other nations, like real life, and maybe combine its huge military with the allied fascist nation.
Personally, my favourite ideology is democracy. It does have a lot of downsides but all of them except for the justification time can be permanently helped (Ex. The lower manpower gain can be fixed with military service act, which also decreases military costs) it helps but doesn't fully fix the issues. The stability loss when you go to war is easy to fix with gov spending, policies and technology. Because of all of this, liberalism and democracy is basically just free money and I like that.
My problem with Brazil is its slowness in expanding, it takes me a long time to take Uruguay and Paraguay while Germany took all of Europe and is going to Africa for example, I would like to be faster in conquering, is there any tips ?

@@saelyxbr991 sorry for responding late but no. Democracy as Brazil is way stronger than Nationalistic Brazil due to the massive tax income buff. You can expand slowly because not alot of people colonize South America anyways and you can develop cities and resarch tax 5 to get crazy money
The only time i will say communisum is better than facism is ultra lategame game. The type of game where nukes are everywhere. The factory output bonus and resource output bonus can make a TON of enriched uranium which therefore can make more nukes. And also less war exhaustion can help you survive a tiny bit from people who spam nukes on you.
yeah the Soviet Union can make like 40 nukes by 2040 compared to like 6 or 10 for America too bade RoN servers are completely dead by 2025 in 90% of servers tho
Had this scenario when i was playing kingdom of congo and owned all of africa, then got double-teamed by russia, that owns russian empire and some parts of china and mexico that owns all of the americas, i got nuked 6 times, but never crumbled, tho technically i lost but that was bcs i had to go
I totally agree on this. Ultra lategame resources Are basically the only thing that matters, which Amandus Kind of overlooked, but it’s understandable since 90% of games don’t even last close to long enough for communism to be worth it

Just use democracy so you can support all kinds of spending, and I'm saying this for late game from 2040-2120, which is where I've used this and where it has worked for me

As someone from other strategy games like RON(hoi4) it’s astonishes me how cheap tanks are. To me, it makes no sense someone can have 10000 tanks unless they have a huge amount of money like the US does irl. either infantry at needs to be bufffed, tanks need to be nerfed, or tanks become more expensive to produce and maintain
Thing is, with enough research especially anti tank infantry is strong as hell, it's just early game that tanks are scary, especially if you produce enough oil
Normally I don’t choose any ideologies, whenever I reached my goals in the game or formed something, I just choose the neutrality policy.. in my view it has a lot of benefits
I play democracy thing is I just max out my economy and then max the government spending which for some reason negates the democracy stability debuff just allowing me to declare war on whoever and with all the money and conscription laws I can just get huge military and throw money at any issue basically
Fascism is even more one-sided with the new update. Political leaders + max everything can grant you a 95% military upkeep reduction. *95%.* You can have the same military as a person where you have 5% of their economy.

It’s a kinda novel thing but i enjoy staying non aligned as russia or even turkey. Conquering everything I need, THEN switching to democracy to get sweet income and get #1 and be able to fight everyone in liberation wars
One thing that i don't see mentioned is that if u go communism u don't have to rush factory output 2, thus you'll be able to research smth else, for me i usually get tank firepower two or extra pol power bcs of the new update
Another thing he doesn't mention which I use and alot of pro communist players do. Spamming factories as communist. 2 reasons to do this. This increases your income HEAVILY and let's you sell as much consumer goods as fast as possible. With this I can usually get 35-45 mil income depending on the nation by 2 years. The other strat I use that brings me to an even higher income but is mid game ish is spamming factories. Factories producing resources makes you money. Even if you don't sell them you make the money from the resource income. That means it's literally developing but cheaper and way better. This is why I like communism. I think it's better than facisim overall in economy and allows you to fund a bigger military since you get more manpower as well as your income. Facisim is good mid game. I think mid game Facisim and communism are equal. But end game and beginning def communism.
when starting as a small nation going socialist or communist will make you 10x the amount of money you'd make as facism due to being able to mass sell consumer goods, not only that, the money you make from that is not counted in government or research spending, so you can gain great stabilty and tech.
Democracy has what i like to call "Mothra syndrome", basically by itself its extremely weak, but when paired up with something thats extremely strong (Fascism for example), then democracy also becomes extremely strong.
Communism is good depending on the server, if all superpowers are ai and other players haven't sold consumers then your early game is going to be great and then you can ride on that wave by invading a lot of countries (I'd recommend getting the research that lower military costs) and become democratic in the late game. Problem is Fascism can just build a lot of factories using cash from conquered land and also get rich in the early game and wouldn't necessarily have their entire country collapse if India stops being AI. (The lower military costs research is OP on Fascism as it can half your military spending at best with the ideology and if you also have the incentivize military service then it can drop to 60%) Democracy is only good in the late game when your borders are good and you probably won't need to expand much because any competition isn't nearby or a threat
Can you make a guide on how to start any game with a superpower and a regional power (maybe with islands as well)?? Like those you did with the spanish empire and the british, but this time covering any nation as well
Communism is great (ingame) because if you are a small country it gives you mp and if you are a big nation like china it makes you take 0 war exhaustion its also great for selling early game as a small nation i can easily get 20mil balance by 2021 (sometimes even 2020) and its the best ideology if you know how to play the game and dont have a skill issue

Democracy, when abusing Tax Reform, Prosperity Act, Finance Ministers, Tax Research, Tier 8 Cities, High Taxation (make it up with a good interior minister and head of government), Ideology Power Research, Political Reformer, and probably something else I forgot, gives you 5x your population as tax. So china’s income there shouldn’t be 1.085B, it should be 1.8B (roughly).
I play democracy nations like Japan,Brazil and they are completely fine for taking over countries since people don't usually target you and you can get a lot of military strength using your broken economy. Stability isn't much of an issue for me because you can form very quickly if you do it correctly giving you stability and if you focus on research, you can get stability from political research and still be able to take other countries very easily Democracy gets a load of crap because many players like to just go world war 3 off the bat but I prefer to be more relaxed and go with democracy which ends up being the best option every game since democracy countries are the only ones that ever survive after a game, I never see germany players reach endgame.

Honestly I play as Iran and form khawarzmian empire, and since my borders are really defensible I become a democracy make a crap ton of money and can field a really good navy and have defeated China, Russia, and EU combined.
11:18, this means that you currently have 30 working factories, there is simply no way you only got this few factory with 5 motor factories (and assuming 1 fertilizer, 1 eletronics 1 steel) that you only made 22 consumers good factory (which is a bit more than 4 consumers good factories powered for each motor factory), I'm telling you, you did NOT use every single bonus communist countries standartly use, 4 consumers good factories per motor factory is what I can achieve as socialist with factory output 2 in early game. I don't see where my math is wrong.
It depends on your playstyle if my playstyle is different from yours I will not go your route and I mainly prefer communism to avoid high amounts of war exhaustion rather then facism which kills your coutnry...
Best ideologies in Ron : Liberalism, F tier, overall the worst, Non-Aligned, E tier no benefits or negatives, Socialism, D tier, it’s in that middle section only the worse out of the two, Nationalism, C tier, higher rank of the middle section, best one excluding, Fascism, Communism and Democracy, Democracy, B tier, overall a good ideology but don’t invade a country or ur stability will plummet, Communism, A tier, great for stopping war exhaustion, but by no means better than the S tier one, Fascism
And another thing that he argued is military expense, which to me doesn't really do communism justice, bcs if u have a rly big treasury u can afford a lot of the military that u need, but generally tho u do usually have less troops, but tbh it doesn't feel like it
You should not be small by the time you get communism normally which is around 2022-2025 (Not to mention forgetting the fact that fascism also gives an increase in manpower)
One thing that's important to remember is income and your economy isn't necessarily always the important thing, what are you gonna do with a 1bil income if you can't afford to lose a few million troops like the other ideologies can, with incomes good enough to fund all the military they need.
My simplification of the ideologies Fascism: Good for no skill due to the very few downsides but kind of boring Communism: OP for late game and can be good with an experienced player Democracy: Support ideology OP for money and allied wars but sucks by itself
Fun fact: You can bypass strikers make demands, mass demonstrations and blackmail threats by ignoring them. :3 ((Only works on events with multiple decisions))
He explained russia gets destroyed by having only 1k tanks left after the attack, and using 13.2k tanks very much outnumbering russia's 9.8k tanks which absolutely proves nothing, the war between Germany and russia didn't prove anything for the content, and losing 12k tanks, 2 war exhaustion is a lot considering real wars in rise of nations will use far more than just 13.2k tanks to attack. Main thing with communisum is that it decreases war exhaustion by 0.03 which is far greater than maxing out both of the spending in the research tab, especially in late games in big battles facism will collapse of war exhaustion before the communist one dies.
My favorite ideology was fascism, but after learning how to make consumer goods, then i prefer communism. I also like Democracy, but not at all actually because there are also Many other ways to make money
ok, right, fascism doesn't get war exhaustion when spamming tanks, but they'd definitly instantly die in the case of a later game where tanks are irrelevant. Communism also lets small countries be relevent against superpowers more MP and income from resources and trade, the spam with limited, massed attack and communism is unreal. a communist small country will perform better than fascism, otherwise the game is just about stat checking other nations.

@@Blitz_maniac he calculated the cost of making the factories to the resource revenue output in the video, and he did it using consumer good factories which provide the best revenue and productivity. Not sure how any other factories would make a significant difference for the same costs of development, not to mention the research needed towards resource increase to function those other factories. Such a costly investment in money and time would only be fully achievable/functional late game but by then your economy is still inferior to democracy and fascism in terms of tax and developments, and while all this work your putting into your country is happening, fascism is conquering faster and their army is greater in number and democracy is going ham on developing and researching for tax gain instead of factory and resource output.
For each continent (exept africa and oceania) i go with communism for literally no reason. Oceania is non aligned unless it's the aussies, and africa is forever fascist
Sometime i like going communism but only under these circumstance: feeling quircky and want to spam troops as the ussr or china that has russia, want to see my ussr or china again have a lot of factories, im not gonna play for a lot and of time and its around midgame, want to have a war with the USA (will allways lose if the usa player knows what he is doing) otherwise allways fascist
I just wanan say I think it is a bit unfair to say Russia can only make 20 million income. In most servers, A skilled russia player can reform the soviet Union in which gives them massive resource pools from central asia. I have played the USSR before and even with just the USSr's borders, I am able to get up to 80 million income. Also I feel like you somehwat underestimate the importance of war exhuatsan. Especially in late game when nations can have nukes, war exhaustan drives up rapidly, considering that just 1 nuke can drive up war exhautsan by a factor of 2. This is why u will see communism so often in events, as war exhuatsan is just such a big issue. Also you have purposely used tanks in your war exhuatsan example, which in the late game gets outcompeted by infantry. Also by abusing entrenchment and artillery, wars can easily last more than 2 years. Not only that, but most players in public servers aren't as skilled as you make them out to be and won't launch large scale blitzkriegs, especially late game. Lastly, I just want to state that even in events, I usually just go fascism or democracy as unless your russia, ur econconomy will suck and resources are far more limited and largeley regulated. My point is, that while fascism is better for most nations, in states in central asia, china, Russia, Europe, or the middle east, Communism is a more than viable alternative, and in some cases I can say that communism is the best.
communism is good late game for more uranium for nuke spam but i still agree fascism is better because by the time communism gets to be sorta better theres like 2 people left in the game

Honestly I play as Iran and form khawarzmian empire, and since my borders are really defensible I become a democracy make a crap ton of money and can field a really good navy and have defeated China, Russia, and EU combined.
11:18, this means that you currently have 30 working factories, there is simply no way you only got this few factory with 5 motor factories (and assuming 1 fertilizer, 1 eletronics 1 steel) that you only made 22 consumers good factory (which is a bit more than 4 consumers good factories powered for each motor factory), I'm telling you, you did NOT use every single bonus communist countries standartly use, 4 consumers good factories per motor factory is what I can achieve as socialist with factory output 2 in early game. I don't see where my math is wrong.
It depends on your playstyle if my playstyle is different from yours I will not go your route and I mainly prefer communism to avoid high amounts of war exhaustion rather then facism which kills your coutnry...

One thing that's important to remember is income and your economy isn't necessarily always the important thing, what are you gonna do with a 1bil income if you can't afford to lose a few million troops like the other ideologies can, with incomes good enough to fund all the military they need.
My simplification of the ideologies
Fascism: Good for no skill due to the very few downsides but kind of boring
Communism: OP for late game and can be good with an experienced player
Democracy: Support ideology OP for money and allied wars but sucks by itself
democracy is good if your isolated
but it depends on a factor

He explained russia gets destroyed by having only 1k tanks left after the attack, and using 13.2k tanks very much outnumbering russia's 9.8k tanks which absolutely proves nothing, the war between Germany and russia didn't prove anything for the content, and losing 12k tanks, 2 war exhaustion is a lot considering real wars in rise of nations will use far more than just 13.2k tanks to attack. Main thing with communisum is that it decreases war exhaustion by 0.03 which is far greater than maxing out both of the spending in the research tab, especially in late games in big battles facism will collapse of war exhaustion before the communist one dies.

ok, right, fascism doesn't get war exhaustion when spamming tanks, but they'd definitly instantly die in the case of a later game where tanks are irrelevant. Communism also lets small countries be relevent against superpowers more MP and income from resources and trade, the spam with limited, massed attack and communism is unreal. a communist small country will perform better than fascism, otherwise the game is just about stat checking other nations.
I have won every late-game war as a fascist and I typically play against communists.
Massed attack is literally the epitome of useless, by the way.

@@Blitz_maniac he calculated the cost of making the factories to the resource revenue output in the video, and he did it using consumer good factories which provide the best revenue and productivity. Not sure how any other factories would make a significant difference for the same costs of development, not to mention the research needed towards resource increase to function those other factories. Such a costly investment in money and time would only be fully achievable/functional late game but by then your economy is still inferior to democracy and fascism in terms of tax and developments, and while all this work your putting into your country is happening, fascism is conquering faster and their army is greater in number and democracy is going ham on developing and researching for tax gain instead of factory and resource output.
For each continent (exept africa and oceania) i go with communism for literally no reason. Oceania is non aligned unless it's the aussies, and africa is forever fascist
Sometime i like going communism but only under these circumstance: feeling quircky and want to spam troops as the ussr or china that has russia, want to see my ussr or china again have a lot of factories, im not gonna play for a lot and of time and its around midgame, want to have a war with the USA (will allways lose if the usa player knows what he is doing) otherwise allways fascist

I just wanan say I think it is a bit unfair to say Russia can only make 20 million income. In most servers, A skilled russia player can reform the soviet Union in which gives them massive resource pools from central asia. I have played the USSR before and even with just the USSr's borders, I am able to get up to 80 million income. Also I feel like you somehwat underestimate the importance of war exhuatsan. Especially in late game when nations can have nukes, war exhaustan drives up rapidly, considering that just 1 nuke can drive up war exhautsan by a factor of 2. This is why u will see communism so often in events, as war exhuatsan is just such a big issue. Also you have purposely used tanks in your war exhuatsan example, which in the late game gets outcompeted by infantry. Also by abusing entrenchment and artillery, wars can easily last more than 2 years. Not only that, but most players in public servers aren't as skilled as you make them out to be and won't launch large scale blitzkriegs, especially late game. Lastly, I just want to state that even in events, I usually just go fascism or democracy as unless your russia, ur econconomy will suck and resources are far more limited and largeley regulated. My point is, that while fascism is better for most nations, in states in central asia, china, Russia, Europe, or the middle east, Communism is a more than viable alternative, and in some cases I can say that communism is the best.
