Zhyrny Like vam, brother Сергей! Klassnoe video. I have late того же manufacturer🙂
Wait... never mind all the rest. Why did you drill out the centre *THEN* flip it over and cut the important part? Those groves will be off-centre from the bore exactly how much your 3-jaw chuck is out. If you had flipped it and then drilled, it would have been perfectly centred no matter how good or bad the chuck.
Magnífico, serviço de alta qualidade 👏👏👏👏
Obrigado e bem-vindo🙂
Hallo ...
Gut gemacht .....aber ohne Kühlung u zu hohen Drehzahlen .....
Es versuchen sich immer mehr Leute an einer Drehmaschine aber bitte vorsichtig sein .....!!
LG.Thomas
Vielen Dank und herzlich willkommen🙂
I trust you are going to key thy bore. Good job !
Thank you and welcome😉
Bravo, saludos amigo.
Gracias amigo y bienvenido😉
Uh. All wrong
I agree. 😂
Pero porque esta mal?
@@bugagames1239 First operation facing with grooving tool then finishing facing with second tool but now using Z axis, turning. I'd face rough facing with stronger tool SNMG insert because it's interrupted cut then a finish cut with your DCMT insert. Then you turning OD with grooving tool and insted of turning you facing, using X axis. But I'd center drill first. Support a part with tailstock so I have rigid setup. Rough turn OD making nice short chips. Finish pass. Then flip it. Indicate. Then ID turning. After that I'd groove to full depth but slower and with coolant so it wouldnt chatter so bad. Then turn tool post and use it to feed 70 degrees not 20 like you. You use side edge of grooving tool making hot burning chips. Pain to watch really. Also depth could be grater so when a belt become worn it still has nice grip. Nice dog BTW. Cheers.
Why faceing with parting tool.
I would't
I don't understand facing a turning with a parting tool.
or not using the compound for the angled cuts...
Sergi, I love this video.....new subscriber here....cheers from the US, Florida, Paul
Why would anyone listen to someone that works in pajamas?
Welcome🙂
I like the way he grinds in them. Sparks flying around. Unless he wants his nuts cooked up for Christmas. Lol
those are Surfer pants.......
Given that he never says much, what are you listening to?
on ne dresse pas une face avec un outil a tronconner
What is the model of this turning lathe?
Never ever you got it in 7 minutes. With worng tools, 4 different drills, change too times the setting, to get the angle for the groove, too times changing the jaws. Whart about messuring?
And what about the Feet of the dog? He should not to be there!
Problema é so queimar a correia
тайсону с низу процесс не виден не порядок
Tu sais pas ce que c'est un outil à dresser ??
