No Money Down! - Metal Detecting a 300yr Old House We Found Online For Sale!

Sometimes it can be a strange path that leads us to new places to metal detect. For instance, this beautiful 1710 house was just recently put on the market for sale. Lynne’s daughter first noticed the listing and when she saw the age of the home she forwarded the information to her mom. When Lynne saw it she thought it might be a great place to detect so she forwarded the listing to me to look at. The property was large with remnants of LiDAR outbuildings and several massive old trees so the ground appeared untouched. The address wasn’t far from Doug so I forwarded the information to him. Doug then drove over to knock on the door and got the permission to hunt it. If team work makes the dream work, then our team will keep dreaming for years to come! But for now let’s wake up from dreamland because we’ve got a 300yr old house to hunt!
