Thank you so much for this!!! I love how easy it is, and you are right; it is so fun (&addicting). I'm watching a few of your other videos as well and wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your teaching style. You make things so easy to understand and everything just transitions seamlessly as I go through the steps. I worry so much about details, but when I watch you explain things, I know exactly how to stop worrying for one thing because you detail how to properly adjust fine details, fix things when I mess up, and find the fun in the whole process. Thanks again, looking forward to more of your videos!
Thank you SO MUCH for your kind words! I'm so happy to know that you are enjoying my Canva tutorials and benefitting from them! I will certainly be creating more but please kindly be patient for the next two weeks as I will be travelling. Feel free to let me know if there are particular aspects of Canva that you'd like to learn!
@@faithsbizacademy Hey I would love a tutorial from you about how to create planner stickers in Canva, and especially puffy stickers on that platform. (I know, puffy stickers, right? but don't we all still love 'em? I know I do.) (insert dork emoji here ha-ha) I have recently searched it on you tube, but I really like your teaching style. (the others I watch seem to not really have a handle on what they're doing) that may seem like a mean comment, but I definitely don't mean it to be, it's just that sometimes we just understand things better from someone we trust, and that has shown that they know exactly what they are doing. That's what a great teacher is right? Anyway, if you're creating new tutorials, could you throw that one in the mix?
@@anga_looney8968 Thanks for the big compliment! Got it. I will definitely plan to create a tutorial on creating planner stickers. =) Please check out my latest tutorial here. I hope you like it too! ruclips.net/video/XTQNiDWe4Bw/видео.html

I just came across your channel. I had to subscribe. Thank you so much for all this great content. Could you do a tutorial on how to create multi panel wall art in canva please?
@@faithsbizacademy thank you, I know that to print designs it has to be 300 dpi.. may i ask what size in inches 3600x3600 is ( dumb question)? Thank you your help
@@paulahawthorne7807 If you download as PDF print, it will be 300 dpi. For other sizes and dimensions, please google it. I am only able to share information with what I am familiar with and what I do for my business. Thank you.
Great tutorial. I was able to walk through every step with you - only problem I'm having is in trying to find downloaded file so I can list to Etsy. Any suggestions?
Thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed the Canva tutorial. When you are ready to download, go to the "share" button on the top right hand corner, click on "download", and you can select the "file type" which allows you to choose PNG, JPEG, PDF, mp4 etc. So you select PDF and then click on the purple button that says 'download' and you're good to go!
You should make mockups to showcase your product in a more flattering manner. You'd need to download the wall art as PDF file and upload it onto Etsy when you are listing the product for sale. Here's a tutorial to show you how to create an Etsy listing video ruclips.net/video/ZMy3eLd8OqI/видео.html
Thank you Faith! I have a pro Canva acct; If I already have a 16x20 PDF art file can I go to resize on Canva and create a 18x24? I know the ratios are different, 4:5 ration for the 16x20 and 3:4 ratio for the 18x24. Is that possible or do I need to start from scratch and create a 18x24 when I hit create custom size to start? Thanks so much for all you do!
You can import the PDF file onto Canva and then resize it accordingly. But sometimes things get warped or alignment gets messed up. So you'd just have to check and adjust it. I also have a video on importing PDF files into Canva if you need some reference. ruclips.net/video/SZRsc2bEipA/видео.html Hope this helps!
In this video tutorial, I have only used simple shapes to create the wall art and they are all free so you don't need the Canva pro account and yes, you can sell your final work like this. However, if you want to use graphics, digital papers, and clipart to create wall art, I'd recommended purchasing commercial use graphics from sites like CreativeFabrica and then import them on Canva to create your products. www.creativefabrica.com/ref/431241/ (affiliate link)
You would download the planner in PDF format and then upload it to Shopify or Etsy as part of your product listing. I have a course on Etsy if you want to take a look: faithsbizacademy.com/sell-printables-on-etsy-in-a-weekend/
When I need inspiration for colour palettes I go to Colorhunt.co and then pick colour palettes from there. And when you mouse over the colors, the hex code appears, just click to copy the code and then paste it on the color palette on Canva to use the same colour. Hope this clarifies. =)
@@temmyjane I just tried. You can still use colorhunt.co on the mobile browser. Choose the colour palette you like and then you will see the hex codes for each of the colors and you can still copy the code and then paste it on Canva's colour palette.
Quick question, to the menu side where you selected "style" i am not seeing that on my end. I have canva downloaded on my phone and i use it online too but still nothing. I have canva free version
Hi Faith, I was wondering if you could explain resizing, is it important to have a lot of sizes on your Etsy listing. I noticed that some people do and it doesn't seem to be a big deal to others. Thanks for all of your help! 💕
Thanks for asking! I think it can be a good value-add to your customers if you actually don't find it difficult to create multiple versions in different sizes. Personally, I don't do it. I live in Singapore and our default paper size is A4 size. But because my customers are mostly in the US, I create letter-sized printables. I don't think it's an issue because technically speaking, page size can be adjusted when you are printing like who you can choose to print out double-side pages or fit two pages onto one page so in all honesty, I've never really been bothered by paper sizes both as a creator and a consumer. Hope this helps!
