Edit: There are so many holes in my part one, from the teenage drinking, physical self harm, the inappropriate social media behaviour, being surrounded by lots of weed smokers, smoking cigarettes, thins and pro ana sites, 3am late kinda nights, missing school, jealousy, gossiping, actively bullying others etc etc. Insecurity as a teenager to a maximum. I feel like so much of it, was able to slowly disappear because of minimalism, therapy, moving out from home, age, harsh reality of consequences I didn't have before, having one then two babies.
It helps a lot for reflections. In the past, it was a story I told to professionals in the mental health sector, so that maybe they could go out to work and do a better job, or at least, have more understanding. :]
I in absolute awe of how incredibly brave this is to post online. The raw truth of your story will definitely help others struggling in similar ways. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Nicole, you’re amazing . Don’t forget it. You’ve come through a lot. I had a similar upbringing and reaction to it and am unfortunately married to a hoarder now however we don’t live in the same house, I am minimalist but obviously have kids who aren’t and it is all a balancing act. You do an amazing job
You are so brave, not only to have gone through this and survived/thrived but also to publish it online 🩷 I hope it was cathartic for you to discuss openly and as a viewer it was a very interesting take on minimalism. Having got to know you a little bit recently, I feel you should be so proud of your journey and where you are now, I can't wait to hear part 2 🙂🩷 x
Hi there. I was very excited this morning when I saw you had put out part 2. Unfortunately I didn't have time to watch it though, and when I did it had already been deleted! aah well, i"m sure you had a good reason. I look forward to you re uploading it. Congratulations too, you have really got on top of things.
@@extrememinimalistparent I watched it all. I always watch at 1.5 or 1.75x so I finish things quickly. I look forward to hearing about the happier side 👍🏻
You most probably had a postpartum depression... too many woman in this position! Don’t feel bad about it, accept your past and go forward. We all have things we are embarrassed about. The thing is getting older to became better.

I don't know how much you watched, but it's still shocks me, to know what I once used to live like.

@@ocin7917 It's gonna be a little sadder to start with but it's really positive in the end :)
You should do a video on what it was like losing friends and such when you had h & h
