I’ve been telling my doctor I feel like my bladder is falling out. I can’t pee properly and have to sit for so long on the toilet trying to pee. When my husband rubs my back he will push up on my butt area because the pressure of his hand makes me feel like my bladder and uterus are being supported. I have excruciating back pain that radiates down into my hips down the front of my groin area. No doctor has ever mentioned a prolapse. I’ve literally told them everything that was that you just mentioned and prolapse has never been mentioned. This pain controls my life and I feel like I’ve lost all flexibility in my back.
Can rectocele be prevented if it's mild, the only symptom I feel while I get my BM.
Avoid constipation and do pelvic floor exercise and you will greatly reduce the risk of it progressing
