8:19 I have 2 floating shelves in solid oak and 2 from Ikea. They were installed by my decorator/painter with me as his helper :D My house was built in 1930s so it's not quite levelled (in general) hence making the levelling of the shelves depending quite a lot on visual judgement too.

Thanks for this new segment and a great collaboration video with Mr Peter. I was a guest in Mr. Peter's youtube channel in 2020, talking about "The Millionaire Next door". I guess, I am a low end property landlord, operating in a semi urban area. Properties in areas like Changlun and Sungai Petani are much cheaper (doubke storey house:RM150K to 300k). Therefore, it is possible to buy these new property on cash term when they are still under progressive payments. As such, when you rent them out later, you do have to worry about the rental amount needing to be high than your loan installments. A cheaper property without any outstanding loan can also lead to a higher ROI, even though the rent is not really high.
thank you for your video! May i ask for your opinion on KL metropolis township? is it doable just because of the MITEC ( i doubt so)...and how about fiddlewoodz future capital appreciation thoughts etc...many thanks because im on a dillema..
Erm, there are several projects around selling lower than that project suggested. So that would be a concern for the capital appreciation if you're going for it. Need to do more research for projects available around that area.
