    Guga, I'd like to see you try to make Kou Rou Bao/Kong Bak Bao/Gua Bao, it's basically braised pork belly sandwiched in a chinese steamed bun, with the right vegetables and pickles, it's basically a Chinese "Burger"

    As a Korean, your ingredients are very familiar but the recipe is kind of novel and inspirational! Almost the same ingredients in marinade are used-not blended-to make short rib stew. Kimchi and mayo are good friends but adding mustard is interesting! Always appreciating your wonderful videos!

    Chive is an interesting choice for Korean short rib marinade. Try green onion instead if you want to make it more traditional but I'm pretty sure it's tasty either way.

    Guga, pls cook Filipino food? The most popular dishes are chicken adobo, pork sinigang, and beef bulalo, but I would personally recommend to you kare-kare, beef pares, pork sisig, dinuguan, pancit palabok, and pancit malabon. I'd like to see you cook it two ways: traditionally, and then sous vide.
    Don't forget to serve these dishes (except the pancit) with white rice!

    That's a ya pear. The Chinese name snow pear (sÜt lei) makes more sense because the inside is white like snow and it grows in a colder region. The asian pear is bigger and darker yellow. Once again the Chinese name makes more sense because it has a rough skin and we call it sand pear (sah lei).

    Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos.
    After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos:
    - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef.
    - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ?
    - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide.
    And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)

    @guga - what I do is deboning the short rib and use all the off cuts (silver skin, fat etc.) and the bones and give them a hard roast. Then I add them into the bag with the ribs and the liquid (however the meat is not browned at all).
    What you end up with is, very tender and soft meat, but the flavor of the roasting. It is perfect!

    Dos Coyotes in Sacramento, CA has been doing this with tacos for years. Every meat based food simply taste better with Korean marinated meats.
    If you do not have an Asian pear, use a honeycrisp apple.

    You should try this without peeling the peppers. That char you are removing has tons of flavor. It's like cutting the char off a steak after grilling it.
