It's too late now, and while I agree with your decision to switch to the outfield, I think it was detrimental to you getting to the league sooner. I chose the option to stay at my position, was traded the next week to Texas, and a week later was playing my first big league game. Trev. You want to use the cut off on lots of cases while fielding. It will help you increase arm accuracy and arm strength at the same time.
