그렇긴 합니다. 그런데 제가 읽었던 비폭력대화라는 책을 보면 저자인 임상심리학자는 단정적 표현인 I think를 사용하는 것은 인간 사이에 갈등을 조장할 소지가 있어 자제해야 한다고 하더군요. 즉 머리로 말하는 I think보다 마음을 얘기하는 문장으로 말하는 습관을 들이면 사람 사이의 긴장도가 떨어지고 좀 더 부드러워진다고 합니다.
