I would argue your weighing is not accurate. The media mod is an added attachment and not needed so to weigh one for one it should be a gopro vs an insta360 Ace pro. Then is you want to add mic adapters the equal here would be the go pro mic adapter vs the Insta 360 mic adapter. Now if the go pro mic adapter is set up in it's accepted use case it will be attached to your helmet and not hanging past the pivot point of your camera arm which would make the weight negligible in this use case where as the Insta360 mic adapter needs to be attached to the camera which is past the pivot point and does add to the weight of the camera. The media mod is the go to for many riders including myself until I cut to the falcam adapter but this isn't an apples to apples comparison when including it
I provided a comparison of how I use my GoPro vs the insta. I don’t disagree with you but I only use a GoPro with media mod for my use case and that’s what I was comparing. But I should have added the mic adapter to the insta and compared it that way because for my use case, Thats apples to apples. Stay tuned.
