- Three US Marshals were shot and killed, four Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officers were shot and injured, and an officer from an assisting agency was hurt during a US Marshals Task Force investigation in east Charlotte Monday afternoon.

You can say that again. You are absolutely right. There are people in power willing to support these behaviors for political gains. There should be a ban on guns if you are an officer not a ban on women's reproductive rights. A decision that is private and should not be political. There are too many guns and shootings in this country. Guns mean you are a man and tough in the United States. Very disturbing and sad.

When they know one is armed..the law enforcement need to be in full body armor.. this is just horrible.
That wouldn't have made a difference. You must first know what ammo then suspects were using.
Body armor only goes so far. 7.62 and even 5.56 can defeat many types of armor. Handheld ballistic shields are pretty good at stopping higher caliber ammunition.

Great question. I believe this country is so violent because it's a belief that you are a tough man when you have a gun. It's the culture of the United States. Some people / politicians approve of this violent behavior with certain ethnicity. Why does any state want to have a legal law where people are allowed to open and carry? Yet they are fighting very hard to take all rights from women. Makes no sense and is disturbing.

Bulletproof vests 1. Aren’t bulletproof 2. They aren’t knights armor, they don’t cover every inch of the people. If an officer got shot in the leg, the femoral could be hit, and the officers vest could do nothing to prevent that.

2 officers were shot and killed across the street from our house while performing a welfare check.

Correct the police police surrounded the house and after they shot the suspect the police in the back we’re shooting through the house while the police in the front thought it was coming from inside the house in return fire through the house. The police ended up, shooting their own people.

This convicted felon had to have a extended clip over 30 round drum, maybe a switch on the gun maybe a bump stock on a AR 15 these type of add on features for firearms should be completely 100% outlawed across this country and it is time to start limiting types of ammunition to just standard rounds.
