I had bookmarked three or four other videos of bird songs from RUclips. When I gave this a try today, January 31, as I spent an hour-long session for health reasons on my bed, I decided it was perfect enough that I deleted the other videos. I am now ready for another session, so I clicked on it. I find that the combination of bird songs and rippling water make my sessions more relaxing and enjoyable, and I thank whoever uploaded this beautiful mixture of nature sounds.
