Something to note: Ruby is definitely twisting Gorou's words when she said that he promised to marry her when she was Sarina. Gorou never actually made that promise and instead, he answered, "once you're 16, I'll give it some serious thought" when Sarina asked him to marry her. Later on, Ruby complained to Akane that he kept dodging her advances.
What's really morbid if you think about it is that Sarina had brain cancer, and so, Gorou might've known that Sarina wouldn't live to 16 to give it a thought
Regardless of the fairly unlikely possibility he goes through with it, Aka is clearly enjoying watching the fandom drive themselves insane over the idea of this ship happening. He just did the equivalent of dropping a lit match in gasoline and now he’s going to sit back for 2 weeks to see how big the fire can get.
Aka does not watch the EN side of the fandom. The Japan side is extremely simple, doing nothing more than praising the chapter as the best ever and drawing a ton of AquRuby fanart. Nobody in Japan is going insane over this, making the idea that this was trolling extremely unlikely.
No, Akane fans will only support Akane only. Kana simply is not for Aqua. Hell, Kana only knows Aqua the Actor, not Aqua the guy who is set on a path to take revenge for his mother's death, meanwhile, Akane nearly puts herself in danger by trying to kill the guy who robbed Aqua of his happiness just to ensure that he doesn't get burden with the sin of killing his own father and drowns deeper into madness.

The movie's purpose is to kill Hikaru so I doubt Ruby getting popular after the movie matters. I think the crow girl was referring to the fact that Ruby is now attached to Aqua and if anything bad happens to Aqua (his revenge plan seems to be self destructive) will make Ruby devastated. That's why she said it will be easier for Aqua if Ruby continued hating him. Its similar to how Itachi wanted Sasuke to hate him when he dies so he can move on with his life
Aside from the obvious reasons why this ship shouldn’t happen Aqua rejecting Ruby would be such a good moment for character development for both of them and how it effects their relationship moving forward

I think she's not talking to Aqua/Gorou, she's just making her intentions known. Maybe looking in the mirror. That way the 'flash forward' will match, and that she wasn't rejected by Aqua at that time. Think Ruby will end up being kidnapped(or worse) by her father, and in serious jeopardy. I think if the biological father finds out what's in the script he may not want the film being completed.

Things are getting interesting since it all now felt like a game of chess at this point, except the pawn can magically changes roles in an instant. Ruby was the ordinary pawn before, but now Aqua has "set her free" and cut her loose, she's now the Queen and that pawn itself can move in any directions, indicating she's now able to make these irrational decisions. And i'm surprised, Ruby is comparatively similar to Ai, so easy target for Kamiki is confirmed. Edit: still slightly confused. Does Aqua know Ruby has a crush/love Gorou and if so why didn't he take any course of actions around that issue ??

As a 25 year old, if a 10 year old told me they have a crush on me, I wouldn’t take it too seriously because I would never feel the same way and assume they’re just being a kid. The Crow Girl was commenting that if he was truly dedicated to his revenge, he wouldn’t have allowed Ruby to love him again, as if Aqua dies in the process from getting his revenge, it’ll drive Ruby potentially to suicide especially now knowing Aqua is Gorou. If she hated him and Aqua died, she won’t care out of her hatred. Aqua’s eyes are still dark because he’s still going to go through his plan, but now Ruby is going to be an obstacle along with Akane as they don’t want him to die/destroy himself.
I ageee with crow girl. Sure it was nice that they made up and Ruby was happy again, but it was logically a bad move for Aqua to make up with Ruby as I could think of it going two ways: 1. Ruby is now more motivated to act as Ai because of Aqua and as the crow girl says, finish the movie. But this in turn will lead to Ruby getting to be one of the most popular actress/idol there is and who do we know likes to go after popular actresses and idols? That's right, Hikaru. 2. Aqua may have been planning to kill himself after he kills Hikaru because he said something like Ruby being able to live without him. If he were to kill Hikaru and himself while Ruby hated him, Ruby would probably feel indifferent (or at least a non intense emotion) towards Aqua's death, but now that she knows who Aqua is, if Aqua killed himself and Hikaru, well, we all saw what happened during like chapter 77-80 😅.
If you read the manga. Kana and Akane both are just tools for Aqua use. He doesn't care about them at all. And for Akane fans, Aqua smiled more with Kana and even more with Ruby than with Akane. Moral controversy aside regarding the possibility of incest, I really don't the route would be something Aqua would choose himself. Especially with how the last couple of chapters from before where he was behaving quite weirdly. Even the Crow Girl knows that this is a bad choice....I wouldn't be surprised if Aqua himself is aware of her relevancy and even immediate presence. IIRC he's the only who can see her. Also when Aqua told Ruby to "Live your own life!", that set off a red flag for me, cause it makes me wonder if Aqua is gonna tackle and take in all the burdens by himself. I can only imagine how distressed Ruby would be if this turns out to be the case and she realizes that.
If Aqua goes on that self destructive path, I’m sure Ruby would want to stop him. Now that she knows he’s Goro, she would prolly just die herself if something happened to him. In my opinion i think that if it does go to that route then i could actually see Aqua and Ruby be single for life in which case legally and physically just be nothing more than twins, but spiritually and mentally speaking you could argue they're married spiritually and mentally just by staying close with each other living their lives happily while keeping it legal
holy fucking shit, aka told us everything right from the fucking start... ch1's flashforward was most likely the Dig Deep! filming set, or probably the movie set, due to ruby's eyes not being black double stars. ch2's flashforward is most likely an interview about aqua and ruby about the movie, after ch123's events, showing that ruby has so much trust for aqua, that she would trust him with her life. ch3's flashforward is just miyako drinking, nothing much, but miyako is talking about how they have love and the right challenges at the right time... possibly love between the twins? or some other form of platonic trust? ch4's flashforward is simply a hint of what will happen in the story, and it happens during the time ruby was a "pure" idol, before aqua and ruby being ai's children was released to the public, and before ruby discovers gorou's dead body. ch5's flashforward is one of the most telling. it explicitly shows the 15 year lie movie poster, along with the director, and it is obvious it happens not much time before it is released, as the director is being hounded by reporters about what the movie will be about, to which he responds that it was dedicated to ai. It is also shown that it WILL be successful, since it was nominated for many awards. They literally tell us that the movie's cast will be actors that the director has known since they were children. This one flashforward tells us so many things. ch6's flashforward is also very telling. It is about kana being interviewed, she is lauded for being a prodigious actor, but she says that she is no prodigy, and that even a prodigy would die if you stabbed them. This most likely happened before the movie was released, and after it was revealed to the public that ruby and aqua were ai's children, how else would she know? what other prodigy was stabbed other than ai? they put this up in our face in the first ten chapters lol ch7's flashforward is an old lady that was supposedly one of the kindergarden teachers of ruby and aqua, she talks about how aqua always read complicated books and how ruby was more intelligent than normal. she wonders were those two are now before reading a magazine that says "weekly movie", and marveling at how things have changed, this is obviously after the movie was released, starring aqua and ruby. ch8's flashforward is the president of strawberry productions being caught offguard while fishing, he is asked about ai and her rise to stardom, but he lashes out and says that the moment he lost ai, he lost his life as well. This is probably while the movie is being made, and it hinted at how the president saw ai, as his own daughter, it also hints at her death, which happened on the same chapter as this flashforward, we still dont have much info to go off this one, though that will most likely change as more chapters are released. ch9's flashforward probably reveals the most out of the flashforwards, it is aqua's interview, in this one he no longer has the black staringans, which most likely means that something happened that changed his mental state, and he is no longer that hellbent on revenge anymore, same as ruby, this means that this interview happens after chapter 123, although we dont know exactly when, but given the emphasis on how aqua cant love someone, it can mean he rejected ruby or some other girl (kana/akane), that or hes just straight up lying, but its most likely that he truly doesnt love ruby which means sadly no wincest route, but that it is ok if you love him, he doesnt care what you think of him. If this happens around Ruby's interview flashforward (ch2) but he also says that he can't love anyone, even if someone loves him. So, the two of them would most likely have talked the matter out, and would have come to a mutual agreeement, ruby probably will still like aqua but aqua will not reciprocate, since he already says he cant love anyone, so the most likely ending route is the edgelord lone wolf route, were he stays alone for the rest of his days, after carrying out his revenge. His revenge, which he says is his acting (movie), and that he didnt do it for the public, which is true, he did it for revenge, for ai. ch10's flashforward is kind of strange, it was already shown in the anime, it is ai celebrating aqua and ruby's 1st birthday, and its a video letter for the future, it teases the future of the story, ai talking about if aqua would become an actor, and ruby an idol, which is what happens. Although it doesnt show much, and we dont have much info to go off it, like ch8's flashforward, my own guess is that this is a fragment of one or both of the two tapes that ai entrusted to the director, the ones that he made the director give to aqua and ruby. Except ruby has not yet seen her tape, since aqua hid both of them from her. So aqua has most likely seen the entirety of these tapes, including this message. I speculate that these tapes contained ai's true character, and her true wish, which aqua says he will grant. Aqua once said (i honeslty dont remember what chapter it was but it was around the movie arc sorry) that with the 15 year lie movie, he would grant ai her true wish, which we dont know, but aqua does, where could he have found out?? The tapes. aka had all of this planned all along, that bastard

I ageee with crow girl. Sure it was nice that they made up and Ruby was happy again, but it was logically a bad move for Aqua to make up with Ruby as I could think of it going two ways:
1. Ruby is now more motivated to act as Ai because of Aqua and as the crow girl says, finish the movie. But this in turn will lead to Ruby getting to be one of the most popular actress/idol there is and who do we know likes to go after popular actresses and idols? That's right, Hikaru.
2. Aqua may have been planning to kill himself after he kills Hikaru because he said something like Ruby being able to live without him. If he were to kill Hikaru and himself while Ruby hated him, Ruby would probably feel indifferent (or at least a non intense emotion) towards Aqua's death, but now that she knows who Aqua is, if Aqua killed himself and Hikaru, well, we all saw what happened during like chapter 77-80 😅.
If you read the manga. Kana and Akane both are just tools for Aqua use. He doesn't care about them at all. And for Akane fans, Aqua smiled more with Kana and even more with Ruby than with Akane. He always keep his calm with Akane which explain that he is literally thinking on what to use her for. Im not hating Akane or anything but for real notice it. No offense if you get it wrong

Moral controversy aside regarding the possibility of incest, I really don't the route would be something Aqua would choose himself. Especially with how the last couple of chapters from before where he was behaving quite weirdly. Even the Crow Girl knows that this is a bad choice....I wouldn't be surprised if Aqua himself is aware of her relevancy and even immediate presence. IIRC he's the only who can see her.
Also when Aqua told Ruby to "Live your own life!", that set off a red flag for me, cause it makes me wonder if Aqua is gonna tackle and take in all the burdens by himself. I can only imagine how distressed Ruby would be if this turns out to be the case and she realizes that.

ch2's flashforward is most likely an interview about aqua and ruby about the movie, after ch123's events, showing that ruby has so much trust for aqua, that she would trust him with her life.
ch3's flashforward is just miyako drinking, nothing much, but miyako is talking about how they have love and the right challenges at the right time... possibly love between the twins? or some other form of platonic trust?
ch4's flashforward is simply a hint of what will happen in the story, and it happens during the time ruby was a "pure" idol, before aqua and ruby being ai's children was released to the public, and before ruby discovers gorou's dead body.
ch5's flashforward is one of the most telling. it explicitly shows the 15 year lie movie poster, along with the director, and it is obvious it happens not much time before it is released, as the director is being hounded by reporters about what the movie will be about, to which he responds that it was dedicated to ai. It is also shown that it WILL be successful, since it was nominated for many awards. They literally tell us that the movie's cast will be actors that the director has known since they were children. This one flashforward tells us so many things.
ch6's flashforward is also very telling. It is about kana being interviewed, she is lauded for being a prodigious actor, but she says that she is no prodigy, and that even a prodigy would die if you stabbed them. This most likely happened before the movie was released, and after it was revealed to the public that ruby and aqua were ai's children, how else would she know? what other prodigy was stabbed other than ai? they put this up in our face in the first ten chapters lol
ch7's flashforward is an old lady that was supposedly one of the kindergarden teachers of ruby and aqua, she talks about how aqua always read complicated books and how ruby was more intelligent than normal. she wonders were those two are now before reading a magazine that says "weekly movie", and marveling at how things have changed, this is obviously after the movie was released, starring aqua and ruby.
ch8's flashforward is the president of strawberry productions being caught offguard while fishing, he is asked about ai and her rise to stardom, but he lashes out and says that the moment he lost ai, he lost his life as well. This is probably while the movie is being made, and it hinted at how the president saw ai, as his own daughter, it also hints at her death, which happened on the same chapter as this flashforward, we still dont have much info to go off this one, though that will most likely change as more chapters are released.
ch9's flashforward probably reveals the most out of the flashforwards, it is aqua's interview, in this one he no longer has the black staringans, which most likely means that something happened that changed his mental state, and he is no longer that hellbent on revenge anymore, same as ruby, this means that this interview happens after chapter 123, although we dont know exactly when, but given the emphasis on how aqua cant love someone, it can mean he rejected ruby or some other girl (kana/akane), that or hes just straight up lying, but its most likely that he truly doesnt love ruby which means sadly no wincest route, but that it is ok if you love him, he doesnt care what you think of him. If this happens around Ruby's interview flashforward (ch2) but he also says that he can't love anyone, even if someone loves him. So, the two of them would most likely have talked the matter out, and would have come to a mutual agreeement, ruby probably will still like aqua but aqua will not reciprocate, since he already says he cant love anyone, so the most likely ending route is the edgelord lone wolf route, were he stays alone for the rest of his days, after carrying out his revenge. His revenge, which he says is his acting (movie), and that he didnt do it for the public, which is true, he did it for revenge, for ai.
ch10's flashforward is kind of strange, it was already shown in the anime, it is ai celebrating aqua and ruby's 1st birthday, and its a video letter for the future, it teases the future of the story, ai talking about if aqua would become an actor, and ruby an idol, which is what happens. Although it doesnt show much, and we dont have much info to go off it, like ch8's flashforward, my own guess is that this is a fragment of one or both of the two tapes that ai entrusted to the director, the ones that he made the director give to aqua and ruby. Except ruby has not yet seen her tape, since aqua hid both of them from her. So aqua has most likely seen the entirety of these tapes, including this message. I speculate that these tapes contained ai's true character, and her true wish, which aqua says he will grant. Aqua once said (i honeslty dont remember what chapter it was but it was around the movie arc sorry) that with the 15 year lie movie, he would grant ai her true wish, which we dont know, but aqua does, where could he have found out?? The tapes.

We saw from the start the 1 shiny star whit after Aqua unlockibg even the dark one and after both of them having the double black star.
