I'm currently using this deck and it's turning into my favorite. Imo, adding future booster capsule is REALLY beneficial for Iron Hands, removing its retreat cost and increasing its damage, it's perfect for Iron Hands. I also added Regieleki Vmax for extra +30 damage so Amp You Very Much can hit for 150 (160 if you have Zapdos too).
I've tried using the same cards (2 Future booster capsule). I also tried adding two Geeta and it work pretty well. Can i have an imo or something please? thanks
I mostly use Iron Hands during the Lost Zone matchup. I barely see Gardevoir so I haven't really tested it there. (I've seen weird off meta decks more than Gardevoir. Really weird.) For Charizard I attempt to charge up Raichu V and Raikou V as fast as possible to deal with Charizards.
I rarely see Gardevoir on Live, which feels like a mistake. Roaring Moon and Charizard aren’t actually bad matchups for Gardevoir and even Charizard has taken a dip in popularity. Gardevoir has the tools to beat just about anything right now. I will cover the deck again once I find a build in this current meta I like, as there’s been a lot of new takes on Gardevoir recently. Iron Hands is excellent against Lost Zone and Raichu is basically a must against Charizard.
Swapped out flying pikachu, Zapdos and squakabilly for 2 regieleki v and a single vmax. My reasoning is i hate Flys 50/50 all or nothing when thunder wall is a consistent and repeatable 100 dmg blocker. Vmax's transistor feels better too. But as a trade off, path to the peak feels more restrictive so i run beach court and im completley walled by mimikyu and ageislash. Will have to tweak. Lastly i added exp share for iron hands and potentially eleki to make up for generator's inconsistency and to assist dynamotor plays
I'm playing Maraidon I'm using Arceus V and vstar to throw energies onto Raichu V and to hook up w.e is already on my board. 4 switch cart 2 switch idk how many escape rope yet
Been using a fairly similar list. I’ve preferred Zeraora to Pika as the pivot in this format. Being a single prize and dealing 30 is a big help into Moon. I’m also being a little greedy going to 1 bravery charm. I’ve tended to find that it’s less relevant at the moment but still want access for those moments you need it. That’s also where Iron Hands sits for me. Just about. I probably do want that access vs Garde and Lost Box. But in the specific windows where I can commit to it since there’s a high chance of either using counter catcher to punish you for playing it if you don’t disrupt them or push 4 energy in 1 term. I still don’t like DTE in the build. It feels like the line where you start running Raihan etc and a 2nd Iron Hands to hard commit and become a different deck. I’m not in love with the deck this meta. It’s feeling a little power creeped on. The main selling point it still has is consistency, although again re Iron Hands I do worry squeezing it in does hurt us a little with a lot of games it feeling about as welcome a draw as a Squawk.
Also picking up on the comment of Snorlax stall being a garbage matchup - I actually find it very winnable. Between switch options and boss you can move your active and zapdos zeraora or mew ex are all happy attacking mimikyu. Key interaction has usually been kill rotom and judge and you want to be mindful about having a bench where nothing is great for them to block, which mostly means squawk and Raichu are nos
Zapdos can KO the Mimikyu and Super Rod can get Zapdos back if you need another. It has some options against Mimikyu but it’s not really built for that.
Players more recently moved away from Switch Cart to regular Switch because getting Flaafy trapped in the active was becoming a bigger problem, particularly against Snorlax stall.
@@InThirdPerson I am new to the competitive scene I just saw cart is only for basic pokemon. I got 4 escape rope 4 cart and 2 switch I'm only running Arceus vstar and regileki VMAX that I couldn't use cart on

Iron hands make this waaay better than before, awesome video as usual!

I always use your decks and have loads of fun with them, hoping to see a new improved darkrai deck soon maybe???
There are some other decks higher on my to-do list, but maybe I’ll take at Darkrai if there’s enough new sauce for it.
@@InThirdPerson any good decks coming? What do you reckon is the top deck at the min
Loving the grind and loving the videos keep up the hard work😎👍🏽
Thanks for watching!

Second match was good. Good deck, I am just wondering if the deck can also win over some of the trolling (deck out) decks with Mimikyu etc. 👍

This is the deck im playing rn but i also use mew ex as well
Mew is a good option if you can squeeze it in!
Same since I don't use beach 2 pivot pokemon is useful
24:32 why use ultra ball to get mereidon and not just use the nest ball you discarded?
Misplay :)
Why don't people use 4 switch cart. They use switch but switch cart is better
