Those mystery packs just create another layer of gamble. which lower your chances even more to make a profit or get what you want for your collection. as the creator of the mystery pack obv didnt do this to lose money. He did it to sell lower end stuff for higher profits. I prefer to control my money. and either buy singles i need or offical pokemon products that i know what packs and items i am getting. What a complete waste of money to prove a point which should be logical to everyone.

Remember, I work to live, so this was special to me, I even wrote to the seller how I started collecting when I was in the 6th grade when Pokemon first came out. The box was vintage/ modern. There was only 1 sun and moon base pack as the vintage and the rest you can get at GameStop. I ended up getting a refund thank god and I will never do this again, I wish I could send pictures on here! ***If you work to pay bills do not buy mystery boxes, I learned the hard way they do these for a reason.***

Might as well be a reprint. It's past its original run. That's why prices are going up on the cards because they're scarce. Filling the shelves with them is just releasing more copies to the world, bringing down that scarcity.

The sparkly Mystery Power Boxes have always given me pretty good pulls. They retail for $25 at Walmart where I live, so I'll grab them occasionally when I just wanna try for a Moonbreon because they almost ALWAYS have Evolving Skies. Also got one of the chase packs (the first time I bought them) and it was an XY Evolutions pack. I'm fairly new to Pokemon (1 year) so opening a pack even just from 2016 had me shaking lol

Hopefully see TAG as a grading company take off. I have a few slabs from them and they look amazing and stunning. Not to mention they use computer software to grade the cards and give you write ups on every card on why it got its grade.

PSA/CGC/BGS/etc should probably refuse to grade cards below the cost of grading itself. It's nearly always in relation to a scam so I don't know why they accept them. Edit: $5 bones was literally the only acceptable one and that just because it's really hard to scam for any decent margins on that lol
