The incident shared by our CEO : There was failure of machine which we made for prestigeous government project,after failure our CEO informed to MD..in meeting to say abt failure ,our MD stopped our CEO proceeding further slides & said work on countermeasures ,dont feel bad.. When the solution was given ,the MD said u should have considered the missed thing in the beginning . Our company culture is like when u r already in trouble dont say anything..when u r charged up say what u want to say to avoid mistakes in future.. One more culture i like to follow is never talk bad abt company u r working to outside world
