    I want to buy the Wizard Tower. It looks great and you did a heck of a job painting it. I'd convert it into a DM dice tower.

    Such a great set, thanks for the follow up on your collection. I just started printing the mansion out!
    I totally followed your paint guide from your previous video (albeit slightly different paints, but similar design) 😉
    I also find the release schedule is good for me, gives me time to print and paint them up at a pace that is able to complete them without feeling over overwhelmed

    It's really helpful, when you show all those terrain pieces. Helps me deciding what to get next

    I like your philosophy on the release schedule for the stl files. I see that as well and totally agree with you. Give you time to build and paint.

    Those paint jobs look great. Definitely a WoW Stormwind/Elwynn Forest vibe.

    Maaaaan it looks so cool. Could you do like a paint tutorial with like Citadel or Warpainter colors. i'm having trouble finding these Americana in Europe where i live

    • @ElRammo
      @ElRammo 2 года назад

      These are just cheap artist acrylics and by using GW or war painter I think you’re missing the point here which is that simple artist acrylics that cost about 2 euro for a big tube are way more economical and can make great looking terrain.
      Hope that helps mate

    • @pokemonmandag2108

      @@ElRammo Well.....that's....partially true i guess.
      Because if you think that you can just buy the cheapest acrylics you can find and then you will have the greatest result like his.....you are in for a surprise!
      I'd say 80-85% alone is his skill with a brush and understanding of the colors.
      Last 15-20% is the paint/color.
      When i asked for Citadel or Armypainter that is just because those are the colors i have available to me and i would like to achive the same color or as close to the ones he uses in Americana.
      Ex. Georgia Clay is a really cool looking color for the roof in one of his other videos
      But since i can't find that color near me i am looking to replicate it in GW or AP colors.

    Hey, nice to see a full town of these beautiful buildings.
    Would it be possible to print these on a medium sized resin printer? (Elegoo Saturn and such)

    • @gaminggeek241
      @gaminggeek241  2 года назад

      Yes, it would be possible but you might have to cut some of the larger pieces. I've had to do that even with my FDM printer and the pieces glue easily enough and the seam lines are bad.

      Gotta get that bed level! That's the biggest thing to get good bed adhesion.

    Have a lot of problems in Prusa slicer with Bank building (haven't tried others yet). Got "there is an object with no extrusions on the first layer" error. Tried to fix it with Microstoft's 3d repair tools without success. Any tips?

    • @gaminggeek241
      @gaminggeek241  3 года назад

      In PrusaSlicer, use the Cut feature using the menu options to the left of the screen. Try and slice off .5 mm off the bottom (keeping just the top) and then hit the "Slice now" button and see if you have a full bottom layer touching the build plate. If not, repeat the process until you get a full bottom layer.
      Also, which file from the set is creating this error message, or is it all the files?

    • @madluper
      @madluper 3 года назад

      @@gaminggeek241 few of them. For example First_floor_A.And yes, this method (cut) made it work, thanks. But it should be not necessary imo when you pay for files...

    What layer height did you print these in? in .2 the medium roof a says its 2 days!

    • @gaminggeek241
      @gaminggeek241  3 года назад +1

      Yes, unfortunately, that is normal. I do .2mm height at 5% infill and that piece is clocking in at 34 hours for me on my PrusaSlicer.

    What do you use to print these pieces of terrain?

    • @gaminggeek241
      @gaminggeek241  3 года назад +1

      I have these printing on a Prusa MK3S and a Prusa Mini. A popular printer is the Ender 3 but I would suggest the Anycubic Vyper over the Ender 3.
