Dang kid you're really putting in the hours with this truck and it's amazing to witness! I love this engine/build and the amount of effort you put into working on it AND filming it AND editing and uploading it to youtube. It's been great and I love to see you're still putting in a lot of effort. Merry Christmas and thanks for uploading!
I'd say those welds are plenty good enough. I have quite a few ugly welds on my twin turbo 300 manifold. I made the intake and exhaust one solid piece with a 3/8" mild steel flange I designed in Fusion 360. I used 1-1/4" schedule 40 pipe, if I'm remember correctly. It weighs a metric fuck ton. Love the truck.
Iv enjoyed watching the progress on your manifold! Iv got a stainless manifold on the work bench now that iv been slowly building for my ‘66. Thanks for keeping my inspired!
It may not be very good, but it's sure was expensive. We're not happy until you're not happy? Warrantees good until the tools Hit the truck or the truck hits the end of the driveway, whichever comes first.
Might be a pain, and way too late, but maybe think about propane or lpg. 100%, not the 50% ones. Octane is around 110++, and usually half price of gas. With the height of your rig, underground garages aren't an issue. Also, pass emissions tests.

Sounds AWESOME. Keep up the good work
Nice job! I'm going to use the efi split manifolds on my 65 4x4. Cheers!
Same on my 78
Awesome work my man, I am def going to rewatch this again later when I decide to do this to mine. Keep building you're doing great!
Excellent work on this lovely beast!
Love seeing updates on this thing.
I’m in the beginning of my build and your build is inspiring me!
Wow! Awesome! Somehow I missed this vid. for 6 months, dang it! Sweetness! I'll check for the deive videos!
Dude, you are good at this.
After I saw one of those car shows build a turbo I6.......I realized that is what is missing in my life
That thing sounds filthy. I’ve owned a few 300’s, well worth putting a turbo on
Nice man love it
Looks great. Good job.
Nice welds so far.
Welds are better than guys ive worked with. As long as you're not overheated your material and getting good penetration you'll be alright
Great job! I’m curious what it would sound like with 6 “ stacks :)
your welds are better than mine.
Sometime you have to do what cha got to do.
i love saying "we'll burn that bridge when we get to it". one of my favorites. i also like "cant polish a pig" and "cant put lipstick on a turd"
taking a knife to a pissing contest is also dark but effective.
It may not be very good, but it's sure was expensive.

Didn't you previously use an Offenhauser "C" intake. If so, why did you Switch to the clifford?
The c series has very limited space for a #4 exhaust primary
Sounds good..
How much boost you run on that setup? Good job on the manifold
What ignition and fuel setup are you running
What steering wheel is that and do you have a link for it?
Whats the hp and torque
Little much with the smoke. Sounds and looks like a diesel 😂 nice work bet it hauls arse.
The exhaust manifold stock is way to thin won't last
