@@KevtechITSupport how much is your course? Or are you helpful enough to just give it out for free to the unemployed who have no money to begin with? I'm in compliance but dude these damn companies laid me off cuz I'm not fast at writing up these cases and researching these cases which take over a day to finish comfortably...for shit $15/hr pay that too...gonna try again for something else in compliance with less workup and easy to submit with no limit on work submitted or I might have to pivot to your channel to switch industries entirely to get into tech support...idk how stressful technical writing is...

Hey Kev, discovered you on Tuesday night after I went to the hospital for a panic attack. I slept after the panic attack so I woke up at 4am. I had an interview on Wednesday for Help Desk. I binged your whole IT interview questions playlist (I subscribed of course) before my interview. I got offered the job today! You do amazing things on your channel 🙏🏼

Thanks, Kev. I am new to IT after spending many years in logistics and property management. I decided to go to school and obtain a degree in cybersecurity (which I did), obtain my sec + certification, and currently going back for Bachelors. I quickly found out that companies want a ton of experience in order to enter cybersecurity field. After watching your videos, and other individuals in IT mention that help desk would is a great way to gain experience, I did that and started watching your videos. I have since then received an offer working as a federal government contractor doing IT Support.

Great Video with solid wise advice. ❤ this video is loaded with pure substance and not a bunch of fluff like so many things I’ve seen on social media. This gentleman knows what he’s talking about. I have my first tech interview this afternoon at 5 PM for a managed service provider working in the public school system. The information in this video is incredibly helpful. And I totally agree with making real connections of interest on LinkedIn. It’s important to be genuine and honest.
Thank you for this excellent video Kevin❤

I'm trying to get into IT what do you recommend starting to get your foot in the door? And from there move to either network engineer or cybersecurity. I have a background on working still at the Apple store as a tech specialist but my job consist in half IT and half retail, since I worked at the store but then got the experience to work as a tech advisor from home when covid hit in the chat support area. But I want to be in full IT.
