It may be one of the hardest shots in all sport, excepting perhaps a 3-point shot in basketball - and that is only hard because it is low margin. For me personally I have a lot of trouble with the contact point on the kick. I have done the contact point drill you displayed and it’s helped but not solved my problem. Is there anything else you would suggest I can do to really feel the proper contact point on the kick? Thanks so much for all the amazing content!
Only practice using the advice given can solve your problem. Remember you developed old habits and built it into your muscle memory. It can only be overcome after some time of practice.
Nice but that toss looks way tok far back for me. I prefer bit more forward obviously not as forward as first serve but not as extreme as yours too much back bend.
Hate to be that guy but when u we’re doing ur last few serves to show us what it looks like, u we’re not getting barely any bounce off the court once it landed in the service box so didn’t look like much of a kick serve tbh, sorry but just saying what im seeing.
