Can employer issue revised charge sheet with additional charges while employee is on paid suspension. Being on paid suspension for five months until enquiry is it fair labour practice
My friend has been dismissed for smelling alcohol, he was just told not come work anymore and he was fired without any test being performed, without Audi alteram partem. surely this must be procedurally unfair?

My problem is, that the 'so called' independant 3rd party is hired by the employer for years. This ' independant 3rd party' does what the empoyer wants, because this independant company is payed by the employer. According to law the employee may not hire a professional and are therefore bullied by the so called 'independant 3rd party'. So on paper they can make any good person, who cannot defend themself look like some 'monster or criminal or what ever they decide you are".
