It's so nice to see her being treated with respect. It's also really interesting to see an interview where she is talking about her background and her journey. It helps me to understand who she is. It's quite touching for me, actually.

Imagine having millions and millions and millions of people around the planet spewing non-stop hatred at you for 55 years straight, but you handle that by donating millions of dollars to charity, fighting for world peace, and dedicating your entire life to positive thinking and creativity. She’s literally heroic for surviving with a smile on her face.

Yoko you lived & living your life the way you want it and was very fortunate to have John in your life and you would say you made him happy ,he lived his life the way he loved it and loved you and his 2 boys...
i love the way the way she never wore make up and just let her hair be as it was. i thought her beauty was more profound that way. i think john had really good taste in beauty, never a dull moment in his eyes. both cynthia , yoko and may pang were all beautful in a an unconventional ways. i just love her looks and totally got why john thought she was beautiful aside from her intellectual impulses and daring artistic energy, she simply was an exotic beauty

John Lennon met Yoko Ono in the Indica Art Gallery in November of:1966.The Indiga Art Gallery used to be a bookstore that had her art there.(in London,England).
Too,I know, that Yoko Ono never wore make-up when she was younger.I noticed that in old photo’s that I have seen.I must admit, the only time I wore make-up,was during a dance 💃 recital.
I believe that john was always looking for answers and wanted enlightenment. I think he saw that in yoko who thought out of the box. I actually liked her art. Being artistic myself i got her. I believe that they were both different and dt jive with the establishment at the time. Only they knew about the ins and outs of their marriage. She is also a very strong woman and i think he was attracted to that too. However they were both not good stepmother and dad to Julian. But its good that Julian and Sean are close.
I understand that what guided Yoko Ono art was mainly her devotion to peace and the Buddhist philosophy , art was her way to convey it , although I do not like her screaming I appreciate Love is the message she want to carry at the best of her knowledge . Thank you.
No you have no clue, She was ahead of her time still is. People simply do NOT get her due to the conditioning of their mind. She is NOT bounded, a Free Thinker. Her understanding of REALITY is unseen, people simply have no concept of the reality is largely composed of Sound and the abstract, ( the conceptual, the of the mind). Her screaming, if it is not because of her Accent her Racial background would not be so ridiculed, would be acceptable even appreciated. Her singing is not bad, not her main gift, yet not BAD. Her understanding of the effect of Sound ( music) and the other art form is right on point, people nowadays still have no clue of "Vibration", Everything is energy and vibration, even Thought, there are pieces of music playing in the mind some beautiful and harmonious, some incoherent, chaotic, her screaming is not meant to be "pretty" so it does not matter if she has the best voice or NOT and the performance perhaps has no intent to provoke "like/love", perhaps is to provoke a negative feeling, "dislike", "unbearable", IN that she has SUCCEEDED in her creation...... Her "message" per se is NOT as simplistic as you SEE, As David Lynch addressed, if you have a golf ball size consciousness, that is all that you are AWARE of, work on expand your mind, that requires to unlearn, uncondition it , ultimately totally Shatter it.
In the 3D human's world , LOVE does not exist, for 3D is FEAR based, with FEAR there can NEVER be love, so what you perceived as LOVE is NOT, not between lovers, not From MOTHER to her Child, unless the mind has reach a level of equilibrium. The Cut piece is symbolically expressing that. No Resistance, just observing, being cut piece by piece, and remain in peace, it could also be provoking feeling of observer what it feels like being cut or observing a mutilation....
thank you very much for this wonderful interview nice to have a little background about yoko's life during her younger years, i hope people will stop criticizing her and instead appreciate all the things she had done and still doing. love for you and john❤️❤️❤️

When she told the man you wouldn't be the same person in ten years he replied hes the same i found that sad so, other words he lives in the past he hangs onto the past because if you had been at the exibit you would of seen Yoko you would take a piece of the sky but in 10 yrs you couldn't be the same you grow as well as some people who had been there 10 yrs ago could of passed away nothing is the same once you walk out of a room do you shut that door tightly or do you leave it open either or choices make change..
'cut piece' is a good pun in that "piece" can mean a performance, but it also can mean the *pieces* of clothing they cut off. and it can also mean "cut peace," given that they worked for peace

I thought that Yoko was very direct and I like that. So why Americans hate her so much? I really think that she is a very nice, positve and unique individual. I could understand now about John Lennon loved her too very much and so many things that they did together when John was alive.

I absolutely love her there is a great view I see through her eyes I wish most had a way of releasing their aura of one self if so we would see ones evil instead of sensing ones psychopathic mind to which we protect ourselves from harm continuing on a life journey without breathing is not living .. In order to see color you must not fear mixing ones pheromones there would be less divorce , less hate, less bigotry, to lead is letting go of your fiber of existence to which gives the ability to feed your soul just as we feed one self in order to survive the soul hungers if you do not let it feed you then become more brittle to which ailments sneak within your realm and death comes sooner rather than later - " Live" ask yourself have you been breathing in stale air stagnant from others points of view or have you climb that ladder in Hope's to reach the top the very peak stages of you able to say " Ah" what a view what a view. One can look at a peacock's tail and find not one feature that's the same as the other beauty comes from within however, you must keep up with the grooming ...Peace 🖤

I wish she wrote a auto bio before she became sick

Your new adopted home country had everything to do with Pearl Harbour to get an isolationist war weary U.S. population unconditionally behind the war. Colonialist empire builder Churchill had his first good night's rest after Pearl Harbour. The same way 9-11 was allowed to happen. Military Industrial Complexes have their own peculiar ways. Especially in the U.S. one party state. That's not to say the nazis shouldn't have been beaten . The nazi power grab which in the first place was supported by the 1918 allied conglomerate and their banks. To facilitate a war which would deal for good with a still somewhat democratic Germany which had rightful ambitions to be a central European power broker. A nation that acquired it's wealth without being an all out colonialist vampire like the French and British. Some came out of this concocted conflict with flying colours and a booming economy .Proving that wars have their use .
I love Yoko, she’s completely talentless but in a fabulous way. I’m obsessed with her shambolic Glastonbury ‘performance’ & the clip of her screaming as ‘art’ in some hipster gallery. Iconic.
She flashes the peace sign the way other people give the finger. Mrs. Lennon. Cynthia forever. Yoko never! Disgusting. Her "art" was a complete con. Even Andy Warhol thought she was a joke and a fraud.

She has always had charisma and is articulate. I liked this in that I got to know more about her
that man said the truth about America at the end. WOW. ! they don't want to teach that in schools. Truth to power.

with all the art we have we still have bad. is she saying we need more art? sensory overload?

She was pretty as a little girl, but as she became a woman she lost her attractiveness. That’s a shame.
What a gross thing to say. Show some respect
She flashes the peace sign the way other people give the finger.
Mrs. Lennon.
Cynthia forever.
Yoko never!
Disgusting.
Her "art" was a complete con.
Even Andy Warhol thought she was a joke and a fraud.
Girl are still talking??
What does a spider and Yoko Ono have in common?
They bothe feast off of dead beetles.
are you stupid
