You are missing the tiger nose in most new Kia EVs, but it's right there! I think they call it "digital tiger nose" and it's now body colored, you can see it between the daytime lights, the black line connecting them and the bumber. The blank panel there is in the shape of the tiger nose. This applies to all Kia EVs. I personally think this is a masterful way to modernize their DNA
Karim Habib is a great designer. Since he became the head of KIA design team, the company has been flying high. He, along with Albert Bierman, are two men who changed Hyundai-Kia mortor group to what it is today, IMO.
@AlexNishi-hb2ne Yes, I forgot to mention his great contributions in transforming from KIA making ugly tin cans to very respectful designs with clear identities such as Tiger nose grill etc. But KIA design has further improved to world standard after Karim Habib took over IMHO.
Not sure why you didn't do a photoshop rendering of making those black parts body color. You mentioned several times that you wished they were, and you have the tool right there to do that to see how it would look. Plus, at 7:47, we see a whole line up (though not with the newly restyled EV6). The EV5 is in the center, and that's the one I definitely want. I like the 3, but it's just too small.
Looks really cool, I like these EV3, 6, 9 designs. I totally agree with you about the black wheel fender trims, but people only buy SUVs and crossovers these days, so the OEMs have to design and manufacture them to LOOK like SUVs and crossovers that sit up higher. If they body-colored those fenders, they would look like a little hatchback or wagon, and we know those just dont sell as well. Still waiting on SOME manufacturer to make a hot-hatch EV. The Rivian R3 is the closest we've seen so far, but it sits too high like a baby crossover. I need a like a Golf R with EV instant acceleration!
As a lover of the XC40 design, this hits nicely too, with enough difference but similar stance and accents. I'd love either, especially the XC40 electric. Kia is killing it.
The climate controls getting their own dedicated screen is a great compromise if everything is moving toward screen only controls. It’s not ideal, but it’s way better to have its own screen.
If the new houses are to be designed by those or are not architects (protected job title) and other chartered building designers they will be as badly designed as they are now. PLEASE restrict the task of designing buildings those with the relevant qualifications and registered/chartered status. It is how most other countries minimise poor design. Why does the UK have sensible legislation like they do elsewhere?
ruclips.net/video/zJXiMrUmhh0/видео.html Minute: 24 of the video is showing the 2025 Kia EV3 is theoretically capable of obtaining a range over 466 miles : if we can see early test drives confirming this, that could alter the EV landscape buying decision for many of us,
Nobody wants a Kia because of the vandalism/theft problems the street gang caused. Even with the new models and features, Kia's reputation is damaged forever.😢
First time seeing you without the hat
Totally threw me for a loop!
Didn't know it was him for a sec.
I thought he was bald without his hat.
@@brokeboy87lol you can normally see the hair on be sides when he has the hat on. How did you think he was bald?
@@iAdden bald doesn't mean completely bald. Have you never seen people who are just bald on top?
Handsome
This is one of those cars that I want to put surf boards on the roof and take it to the beach
The seafoam-y Aventurine Green color helps with that
@@generic9777there’s a concept of the Soul EV that is designed for the beach, I think it’s called the Boardmaster edition
550km WLTP range and this design with $35K must be game changer
You don't get both at the same time.
@@JohnDoe-vx3z already got both
Sketch monkey without the hat is a legendary moment 😆🔥🔥 love it fr
Fr, why my man gotta hide his mane? Keep it aired out! It’s a good look.

Kia might not have the best brand image but their latest designs are cutting edge. Futuristic without being weird.
it is weird

+ Lee Sang Yeob
As a Bentley designer, he designed the Mulliner and Flying Spur.
You forgot peter shreyer . If it wasn't for him the kia brand wouldn't be alive today

@@AlexNishi-hb2neYou are exaggerating too much in here. Only giving props to non-Koreans.
You can wrap the black parts.
Hyundai Kia are light years ahead of BMW BENZ and AUDI
Bembli without the hat is so cursed. 💀
Yes totally agree he needs to have the cap back on
Keemstar vibes
That's so mean 💀

Those buttons under the center screen are manual fan speed and temperature switches.
This man looks so handsome with or without a hat 😊. Anyways of all the EVs this is the one I would definitely get .
mind if I ask why?
@@h20dancing18 I just like the proportions especially the GT line that fits the wheel wells nicely 👌
Bembli no cap isn’t real he can’t hurt u
Bembli no cap:
A BMW i3 sized Kia EV1 with a dual motor GT trim is what I’m lookin for. A little mini rocket.
Love it, hope Ioniq 3 is on planning too
Kia hasn't messed up recently
I thought he would show us what it looked like without the black trim. 🤦🏿♂️

Didn’t recognize you at first man btw good review as always 😅
Thank you Karim Habib. Kia's Countrymen EV
He is the head of global design
The black plastic is there to make it appears slimmer due to the battery pack beneath. A lot of EVs has done this. Especially Polestar.
Speaking of hats. I’d buy some Bembli hats with your sketches.
Looking fresh without the hat!
Don't you think the rear profile looks like BMW i3 ? (separating stripe between the rear fender and the roof)
Great analyse mate! Appreciate it.
Thanks for the amazing videos as always
You know that the ev5 has been revealed too
Can you please review the Lucid gravity
it would be a 30 second video, that thing is a brick that was sanded down a bit
@Bebmbi - It looks like KIA is using almost the entire front end as the "Tiger Nose". Am I wrong?
The climate controls getting their own dedicated screen is a great compromise if everything is moving toward screen only controls. It’s not ideal, but it’s way better to have its own screen.
Also I forgot who but another reviewer said you can drag it out to the right and make it full screen.
Im getting overwatch design vibes lol really cool to see.
Waiting for kia k8

Niro EV is now replaced?
nope. replace celtos
The Soul is replaced by this. But obviously Niro EV sales will drop off significantly.
I... don't think I've ever seen him without the hat before. So jarring 🤣
No one asked for my opinion but stop wearing that hat cuz you look amazing without it...
True
Top tip , if ur hair isn’t thick , do not put product in it , it makes it look thinner
The black plastic on every car to make it look "off road capable" is tired.
"Kia EV3: a small electric SUV for your everyday life"
SUV? Bish that's a hatchback
i tend to agree, but i love the rest of the car
Bembli without a hat is like Forrest without his beard.... I feel like i shouldn't be allowed to see it
Hairstyle reveal 😮
cool
I think at this point Kia has upstaged Hyundai when it comes to design
Wait you got hair? I think the cap grew up from your head
Am I the only person that would have preferred a smaller EV6?
Don't like the steering wheel
Dude, you actually have hair? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
KN
Will it rust in the same way as a Tesla Y in regards of the hidden wheel arch metal?
what rusting? never heard of it
@@h20dancing18yeah, here in Alabama, rust is a scary story we tell around campfires.
I don't think I've ever seen this guy without his hat

I´m driving an eSoul and do believe you 😉
KIA cars have the wprst design theses days. its just crazy looking, not sporty or elegant . just crazy futuristic. dont like it at all.
kia lost its soul
I see what you did there.
Terrible designs
Kind of reminds me of a Zeekr X
