I love this song.I love Dean Martin.Elvis did a beautiful version of this live at Madison Square Garden in 1972.Elvis loved Dean Martin.I love Elvis.They are both irreplaceable and both work magic with this lovely song.It never fails to bring a tear to my eye.

Love this song it reminds of the good times that I had with my husband holding me close while we slept. Miss him today he passed away.

I love it the first time I watched him (one video of yours, I think) performing this wonderful song live on his show, and since then it's one of my favorite songs from The One and Only Dino.

lostmagiknyram ...in 1973 his divorce to Jeanne became final so he probably thinking of her and he was probably hurting too.
One good thing by the end of his life and several years before Jeanne was back in his life again. I heard recently she was at his bed side when he pass.

Actually, the funny thing is many of Dino's hits were covers (Even Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime was recorded by Sinatra and DInah Washington before Dino got to it, and it was written by his arranger/accompaniest Ken Lane). This one wasn't though. Ray Price's country hit was actually the cover, DIno's the original.

What the hell happened to this man in the late 60's? Where did the Adonis go? Where did his REAL, non-contract-printed amused and funny smile go? He suddenly seems to have aged twenty years. Not even a shadow of the handsome boy he was when he was with Jerry. And that blonde hair on him IS HORRIBLE!!
