It is working fine with my vivo v27 pro, but the major issue is voice calling, during voice calling it works fine for some time then the voice get distorted. Then i change the voice mode feom earphone to speaker and again feom speaker to earphones. After this process voice call wotks fine for some time and the voice get dustorted again. I have to repeat this process again and again during voice all. Plz help me out
Note- my earphone are not faulty, i am damn sure.

procedure= press and hold the volume+ and vol- button together for 3 seconds
