Good to see that as I'm changing my career, the NHS is being helped.
    I'm 29, worked in factories since I was 19.
After a motorcycle crash, my recovery opened my eyes to something I wanted to do, eventually become a physiotherapist.
So I'm soon to start my new job as a HCTA on a rehabilitation unit, and with zero knowledge or experience I can honestly say thank you as a lot of you videos, especially the NHS Core Values video, really helped me gain a baseline knowledge and a better understanding of what would be expected of me.
Keep doing what you are doing, because if it inspired me, it will inspire others too :)

With the conservatives arguably going to lose the general election, do you still reckon that these changes will go forward, as have labour backed the changes?

Having spoken to some doctors, you would be silly as an IMG to come to the UK.

That's an interesting question. In the long-term the NHS is definitely trying to reduces its reliance on IMGs coming to the UK to fill gaps, but whether this ever actually becomes a reality is another question.
