But it's irritating how many useless programs my phone keeps opening up and is used by my ram... i "clean" my ram, only for 4 gigs worth of garbage that I never use to open right back up again in the background... I have all the developer options checked (eg, "limit background app" type options). At the very least, why is this garbage using my battery by running when i am NOT using it? I ONLY want apps to run when I USE them. I have 2 goals: i want all my excess ram available for my game i am playing and i want NO programs other than essential programs to run while i am not using them. weather calendar samsung account modes and routines link to windows firefox smart things samsun internet find my mobile reminder digital wellbeing (*...and much much more...) i don't ever use these and most you can't delete. i wish you could manage devices like in the old days of dos on pc and STRICTLY have the program you are running working. I don't even want a pretty user interface. I just want my power back so my games aren't choppy as hell.

Android is so intelligent that it can manage RAM pretty well. You dont need to do all these if you have min of 6GB or above.
