A $14 per night room comes with breakfast! Nowadays, it's hard to find touristy cities like world's famous ancient town Hoi An that have reasonable living costs. Amazing! We'll be traveling to Hoi An next 2 months. Cannot wait for it.
I love Hoi An. Been there many time and even though busy it still maintains its charm. Oh by the way the Cao Lau is a dish exclusive to Hoi An. It is all about the noodles, that are only made in Hoi An using the water from a specific well. Hoi An is the only place in the world you can get those noodles. Yum.
Beautiful video of Hoi An, you guys. You did the cute city justice. I love all the hotels/hostels you guys have chosen - they're all so nice and cheap! Some of the vloggers that have tried cao lau say it's like the best meal (or maybe it's the best noodles?) they've had in Vietnam. That little ol' lady was just too adorable and sweet with her smile. I'm glad you guys took a ride on her boat, which I initially thought she was rowing all by her little frail self. 🤣
Beautiful video, lovely place. The town so amazingly colourfull, love it! Never thought of visiting Vietnam soon but after watching your video, might reconsider going there sooner. Thanks guys for a fantastic video.

Vietnamese definitely don't like to be out between 11-4pm! haha. Thanks so much for taking the time to capture this moment and sharing it with us. Missing my country so much and can't wait to head back next month! Already subscribed to you all.
Well thanks, RUclips, for putting this in the “recommends” as some how I missed this one previously! And I must say that Adrianna’s eyebrows are ALWAYS on point! 🙏👏❤️
Hoi An! It has been dubbed the city of lantern, the most beautiful city in the world, the Venice of the East, a living museum, and a fairy tale destination. As the moment you step into Hoi An, it feels like a book of ancient fairy tales came to life. The ancient city is breathtaking by day, but it really comes to life by night when the streets are lit up with beautiful lanterns. It's quite spectacular to see in person. Noted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, Hoi An is a magical place. Just go and see this place . . . there is no equal globally.
Very eloquently put! As a Vietnamese born, I have never been back to my mother's land since 1979. My family and I just arranged tickets and hotels back to Vietnam this June. We'll be in Hoi An in July. This will be the first time ever for all of us. I can't wait and have been counting down the days to the day we sit in that airplane flying back to my mother's land.
@@lamvandinh805 Have fun! Vietnam is the land of endless scenic beauty and the land of the largest cave in the world. Don't forget to visit the nearby My Son temple complex-another UNESCO World Heritage Site. As the spiritual and political capital of the Champa Kingdom, the My Son temple complex including over 70 temples of brick and stone, with only few of the remains surviving today, was built between the 4th and 13th centuries and devoted to the God Shiva by the now defunct Kingdom of Champa, which ruled Southern Vietnam for most of the past two centuries. The bricks of the temple towers are held together by a mysterious vegetable-based cement, which is still puzzling scientists. Despite the fact that it can be compared to other grand religious monuments like Angkor Wat in Cambodia or Borobudur in Indonesia, the My Son temple complex is unique and without equal in Southeast Asia, and it has been recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage site as of 1999.

Hi Guys! I am really enjoying watching your Vietnam trip! It is so different to Thailand ...im pleasantly surprised! Taking notes for when I go there too. Have fun! ❤
What a beautiful city. It looks even better at night when the lanterns are lit up and people are out, so lively. The powder covered treat that you had is pretty much Vietnamese mochi. They also come with coconut and mung bean fillings. Peanut and sugar filling is my favorite though. Yummy
Hoi An - it really is a ‘feel good’ place isn’t it! We’ve walked all those streets like you, it’s a brilliant place. Great vid brought back some great memories. Would you consider doing a cookery class? We’ve done a cpl - great fun. Thanks again.
14:25 I believe those yellow noodles are not the egg noodles. In Mi Quang noodles, the yellow noodles are often dyed with food color. They're supposed to be dyed with turmeric, I believe, but most of the time they're dyed with food color. I grew up eating them oftentimes and often made it at home. As matter of fact, I made some last week, and it was yummy. However, my version was a vegan version though. For the pig skin, the version I grew up with used "bánh tráng nướng" (roasted thick rice paper), so I used that in my vegan version too. I've never been to Hoi An. It looks very charming which makes me want to visit it someday. Thanks for sharing.
I went a month later and it was still really quiet. But 2 months after this video it was busy. 3 months later it was packed again. Blessed i got photos of the Japanese bridge when no one was around

You ate Mi Quang correctly that you mixed the peanut and cilantro with it. The crunch thing look like tortilla chip actually "banh phong tom" made of shrimp flavor and starch flour. Have fun there. I'm Vietnamese but I never got to go to Hoi An every time I came back to visit I kept saying I would go there but never got a chance to.

it's been 4 years since my last visit to Vietnam and all to Hanoi surrounding. Hoi An is definitely in the next bucket list....and you are glowing in the night shot too. awesome
Vietnamese cuisine 1) If they serve you a side dish- and yellow ish looking- and if it’s funky smelling like fish sauce - either dip (if you have meat in your bowl) or pour into your bowl if you don’t like dipping. 2) If they have a clear broth on the side - with/without vegetables..it’s a soup broth…slurp it with your food or after you finish your food, up to you.. 3) If nothing else serves by the side, and everything is included in the bowl/playe..Just enjoy and eat.
There's a show "Hoi An Memories" a very grand cultural show with 500 dancers and actors....it opened a couple years before the pandemic, and for sure closed during the pandemic, if you guys are still in Hoi An check out the show and let us know if the show is still running. Thank you

Lovely boat driver that Lady, she does have that famous Vietnam face Adriana 😏 Here it comes, as always, C Ya in the next one Adriana and Dylan, cheers 🙌🍻🍹 P.S. the last icon is for Adriana a cocktail 😘
Cao Lầu is a Vietnamese special cuisine that you can only find in Hội An (or Central Vietnam, I'm not sure coz I'm from Saigon haha), anw I'm glad that you got a chance to give it a try ^^
In this age 2022 its all over vietnam but probably not the real authentic one haha. They have it in texas too but hoi an is the authentic one 😂 It just probably taste much better there since they created that dish
When u come to Hue, you must try CHÈ HEO QUAY and some dessert, BÚN BÒ HUẾ is a famous food in Hue, you must try these street drinks although it may be available in your country but in each place there will be a special taste of it
That old lady is the lady in Rehan’s photography. He made her famous. He is a French photographer living in Hoi An. I went to see his studio, it’s really Beautiful as I am a fan of his work. It’s good to see Hoi An and Vietnam busy again after covid. My last trip was actually here, so brings back lots of memories from 2019. Hands down, banh mi Phuong is the best I have ever had, beats the ones in Saigon.

It was super delicious! We loved the "prawn cracker" on top! One of our favourite dishes in Vietnam!
Come to Cambodia you can enjoy the waterfall , beach and the people in Cambodia so friendly, the food so tasty
We definitely want to visit Cambodia! We will go there one day soon! 🤗
Hi! I loved watching this video! Very well done! I discovered you from the tailored suit video, and you've earned yourself a very happy subscriber.
If you don't mind, could you kindly tell me the video equipment you used in making this video? I'd appreciate that very much.
Thank you in advance and happy travels!

it's been 4 years since my last visit to Vietnam and all to Hanoi surrounding. Hoi An is definitely in the next bucket list....and you are glowing in the night shot too. awesome
Thank you! You will love it
Bạn nhất định phải xem " Ký Ức Hội An show", cực kỳ hay
I am pretty sure a small part of my heart is still in Hoi An.
Do not miss this city.
Live near the beach and xe may into town
Oh yea we agree ❤️❤️
Vietnamese cuisine
1) If they serve you a side dish- and yellow ish looking- and if it’s funky smelling like fish sauce - either dip (if you have meat in your bowl) or pour into your bowl if you don’t like dipping.
2) If they have a clear broth on the side - with/without vegetables..it’s a soup broth…slurp it with your food or after you finish your food, up to you..
3) If nothing else serves by the side, and everything is included in the bowl/playe..Just enjoy and eat.
Thank you so much for the tips! 💕
loved it what a beautiful city esp at night. I would love a night time street market food vlog.
Aha night time street market food vlog coming right up! It’s our video after our next one 😍😍😍
There's a show "Hoi An Memories" a very grand cultural show with 500 dancers and actors....it opened a couple years before the pandemic, and for sure closed during the pandemic, if you guys are still in Hoi An check out the show and let us know if the show is still running. Thank you
Oh interesting!! We’ve moved on from hoi an now unfortunately 🤗
Yes it is, went to see the show a month ago, it was wonderful.
very good video , i hope to have a video of you going to SON DOONG CAVES in QUANG BINH
Not this time but maybe in the future :)
It’s so colorful and charming at night and it’s super cheap for a whole day spending. Vietnamese foods are so delicious and cheap .
So amazing! It was a great day!
The best tip ever, make sure to bring sunscream and a sunhat, i never leave home without it in Asia or europe in the summer 😉
But back on topic, this is a very nice city, relaxed and beautifull. Lovely boat driver that Lady, she does have that famous Vietnam face Adriana 😏
Here it comes, as always, C Ya in the next one Adriana and Dylan, cheers 🙌🍻🍹
P.S. the last icon is for Adriana a cocktail 😘
Haha thank you for the tips 😀
chúc bạn có chuyến du lịch vui vẻ ở việt nam
Thank you very much! 🤗
Amazing thanks this will be my next trip
Thank you so much! 💕
Just the water in Hoi An can make the real Cao Lau.
@@JohnT2088 man, finding them in Sài gòn isnt an easy job haha, me and my friend only found one, and it isnt good 😅
It’s so amazing!! We’ve never eaten anything like it 😍🤗 delicious!
When u come to Hue, you must try CHÈ HEO QUAY and some dessert, BÚN BÒ HUẾ is a famous food in Hue, you must try these street drinks although it may be available in your country but in each place there will be a special taste of it
I’m binge watching your videos. 💚💚💚 love itttt
Thank you so much 🤗😍🤗
That old lady is the lady in Rehan’s photography.
Ah she was such a sweet lady!! 😍🤗 Hoi an is definitely seeing more and more people - it’s amazing! We’ve never been before but already can’t wait to go back 😍
Just simply great work on every aspects, plus yall so cute together :) defo deserve more attention
