Don't forget Red Earth. That game was a fucking masterpiece and Capcom simply let it die. They have the witch in backgrounds in some stages and that's it.
It hit my favorite arcade place when I was like 14. It was like a RPG with a deep story and a fantastic fighting system. I have been wanting it to get remastered to a console for years. It's super good.
Hopefully someday Capcom releases an Arcade Classics Collection HD or something and you get your wish, though knowing Capcom they are too busy killing Megaman to do anything useful.
KOF's always been harder than SF. KOF players can jump on SF and be one of the best in that game, while SF players get rocked in KOF. '98 > Alpha/3S, XIII > SFIV, XIV > SFV.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 was perfection. You only needed to upscale the 2D fighting graphics minimally and keep expanding the roster. MvC3 should have just been MvC2: legendary edition

Sony owns the rights to make Spider-Man films. Marvel Studios had to work with them in order to use Spider-Man for their films (Capt America Civil War, Spider-Man Homecoming, the next Avengers). After the next Avengers, Spidey goes back to Sony. It would be the same if Marvel wanted to include Wolverine; Fox holds the rights to the X-Men franchise, so Marvel would have to get permission from Fox Studios. That's why Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver, who are actually mutants, weren't allowed to be referred to mutants: Marvel Studios and Fox didn't have any kind of deal for Marvel Studios to refer to them as mutants. Crazy stuff, man.

Sony owns the rights to make Spider-Man films. Marvel Studios had to work with them in order to use Spider-Man for their films (Capt America Civil War, Spider-Man Homecoming, the next Avengers). After the next Avengers, Spidey goes back to Sony. It would be the same if Marvel wanted to include Wolverine; Fox holds the rights to the X-Men franchise, so Marvel would have to get permission from Fox Studios. That's why Scarlett Witch and Quicksilver, who are actually mutants, weren't allowed to be referred to mutants: Marvel Studios and Fox didn't have any kind of deal for Marvel Studios to refer to them as mutants. Crazy stuff, man.
