It WAS top 1 when Zodiac was removed from the list, but could have had a longer reign Apologies for not being thorough. That's unexcusable from me. I promise to do better with accuracy.

Space shattered so many people's dreams, from stealing top 1 from several people, to stealing the literal top 1 demon. Firework deserved so much more than it got. But in my opinion, since slaughterhouse wasn't legitimately completed, Firework would've been top 1 and trick would've fulfilled his dream.

Hard machine not being top 1 really sucks because it was varium’s goal to beat the top 1 at some point for 8 years and he ended up verifying the new top 1 and the first 4 victors said it was harder than tartarus but then spaceuk hacked it and said it was easier and then it was never placed at the top
Unfortunately it was never the hardest legitimately beaten level because Oblivion was verified first. Sucks for Varium but even if Robtop and the list were both perfect, he would still have never gotten that top 1.
I absolutely adore this concept and in fact did a similar list myself like last year or so! Here're some other levels I found that would more or less get that title. Funnily enough, it wasn't only Trueffet that had such a fate, as Conical Depression of all levels for a very short time (from March 10th to April 8th, 2018.) was placed above Bloodbath, which would have made it a former top 1 until Phobos verification, as opposed to #3 (below Bloodbath and The Hell Factory). Other than that, Lucid Nightmares, Gamma and The Hell Zone all would have been #1 if rated and placed instantly after release, akin to Oblivion situation. (LN was verified when BL was top 1, Gamma during SW reign and THZ during Bloodbath era). Under very specific circumstances, even Spacial Rend would have counted as a robbed top 1, as it was verified when SW, PPF and Erebus were top 3, although it stayed unrated for a few months. Similarly to Conical, Spacial was above all those levels between August 4th, 2018. to February 20th, 2019. It's obviously below PPF now, but in that time frame it would've been considered a robbed top 1 before Bloodlust verification. Another funny thing is Thinking Space almost would've made the cut, but it was verified one day after Technical completed Zodiac lmao
fun fact atomic verified thinking space 2 hours after tech beat zodiac, it actually happened on the same day lmao, also crimson planet was unrated for well over a year just like oblivion 😭
Let's not forget about Hatred by SrGuillester. When it was first beaten, it was placed at #7. This was back when Sonic Wave was #1 and Bloodbath was in the top 10. Hatred was not only on the top 150 for over five years, but now, with it finally into the legacy list, it is now *SEVENTY-SIX* spots above Bloodbath. Hatred would've been #2 at the time, even topping Artificial Ascent. Hatred is arguably the most underrated demon in the game's history.
The hell zone was FAR harder than BB yet it was never rated. By the time it was rated it wouldn’t have been top 1 and it placed like 15. Below the hell world BB, the hell world, infernal abyss and much more by 2019-2021 the hell zone was FAR harder than BB on the demonlist. It was the hardest demon in the game and sadly it was never rated nor placed correctly. Many levels suffered the same like, Phobos, Wcropolix, Athanasia and more. You gotta feel bad for stormfly.
This is a fantastic video. I've been trying to document this stuff for a while now, even making a list of top 1s on the fan wiki that included all of these in some capacity, although that page would end up getting deleted. I'm glad that this history will be preserved in some fashion now

Digital Descent was also a top 1 shortly after being released in September 2017, despite being inaccurately placed. DD would land between Stalemate Redux and Gamma.
One interesting level that no one is mentioning here is The Hell Zone. It would have been top 1 for months, almost the entire Phobos period and the entire Athanatos period, not being dethroned until Sonic Wave, but was never placed at top 1 because the list at that time did not assume high refresh rates as it does now, and The Hell Zone is actually easier on 60hz, which stormfly verified it on.

One other thing: Acheron doesnt knock AoD off the top spot in a no-Space timeline, Silent MFin Clubstep does, and gets its historically deserved top 1 spot.
silent clubstep literally should be like top 50. It has like 2 hard parts that aren't even hard to the best players on 360fps. everything else is just modern extreme demon. I think with your voice being quite unique as it is you might want to think about not talking so fast as there were many moments throughout the video that I just missed everything you said in a sentence. Theory of darkness was rated in 1.9. This level was harder than bloodbath but because of pressure of top players it was removed from the servers and remains unrated. But it was hack verified originally so idk
I didn't include unrated levels in this, I mainly wanted to focus on the 100% accurate cases. DC also had a lot of variance in its opinions from what I've been told.
Firework was placed few seconds before Slaughterhouse. Go to pointercrate and go to the "time machine" section and put year to 2021, month to november, day to 2, hour to 22, minute to 48 and second to 20
Sonic Wave Infinity was hyped as a Top 1 for a long time so when it was verified everyone expected it to be Top 1 so idk if it was really robbed view wise but it was definitely robbed from the Top 1 spot

Even though it's an interesting topic to think about I think it's kinda dumb to say x level was harder than y level when x level was released because the hardware and software players are using changes over time and skillsets can change based on what levels are at the top so just because x level is considered harder nowadays doesn't mean it was necessarily actually more difficult back in 2021. A good example is phobos being considered harder than bloodbath nowadays but back in 2016 most people were still on 60hz with a few on 144hz where as now most people are on 360fps so bloodbath literally was harder back then even if it is considered easier now. Also a lot of these list placements will probably change again in the future.
For the Oblivion situations if it's possible I think it would apply the same with Tidal Wave. as it's not rated for a long time. I think theres an explaination video for this + there are over 3+ upcoming top 1 that are currently being verified. it would take i guess at least 3+ month
I wouldnt say robbed because technically it wasnt but since zodiac was originally hacked technical was the verifier and atomic beat thinking space only 2 hours after technical beat zodiac. if atomic beat thinking space 3 hours earlier he would have beaten the hardest demon at the time.
rob should really give elder mods the ability to rate levels. this is actually ridiculous how many people got robbed of fame because rob just didn't rate levels for weird lengths of time
Everyone forgot to mention that if it weren’t for Xander hack verifying zodiac, deimos (and maybe kenos but I’m not sure) would’ve been top 1, which meant npesta verified a top 1 level
off the top of my head I can think of 3 "robbed" top 1s you missed in this video. - Kenos would have been #1 at the time of it being verified if not for Zodiac being hack verified and released - Crimson planet would have been #1 if it was rated when it was verified just 3 months after bloodlust was verified and rated. - I dont know if you would count this, but Death Corridor Z would have been #1 for a long time if it was actually rated when Sunix verified it, as I believe it's considered to be harder than bloodlust and was verified like 5 months before that
- You’re right about Crimson Planet - DCZ isn’t in as I didn’t want to include still unrated levels as there’s a lot of unknown of where they would have placed - Kenos was verified on December 14, 2019. The first Zodiac victor (Tech) was 8 months prior, so Kenos doesn’t qualify.
Spacial Rend was robbed from sonic wave too, it’s so sad that just when it was considered harder than sonic wave, bloodlust was already rated and on the list so it was still at No.2 ;-;
There are probably more cases but would take some time to research. Also Space being hurt in his ego after AOD got placed above is so sad. Cheating the completion and say it's easier just to get back on top.
AoD is now above Slaughterhouse as of February 2024! In the same update where Tidal Wave was placed on top 1 (moving AoD and Slaughterhouse to #5 and #7), the two levels swapped positions. Prior to the update, Slaughterhouse was #4 and AoD was #6, but now AoD is #5 and Slaughterhouse is #7. The demon list is constantly changing though, so maybe this comment will be outdated soon.
Ofc this is just post Tartarus but I wanted to mention that the only other one I know is fexty, bc it would be in the same boat as trueffet as it would have placed at #1 if it had gotten rated when verified but is now below bloodbath on the list

Another robbed top 1 i think is The Ultimate Phase, when it was added, it was put below cataclysm and Ice Carbon Diablo X, which are considered easier, but i know that TUP got buffed by Andromeda, so I dont exactly know if the nerfed version is harder than cataclysm or not
another top 1 that you forgot was athanatos which was originally below sakupen hell but after later reworks was pushed above sakupen hell and would have remained #1 till the verification of artificial ascent. Of course its debatable on if athanatos should count since it was hack verified by aurorus but knobbelboy did become the fist victor in november, 1 month before artificial ascent was verified

Deimos was also robbed of being a Top one bcuz npesta would have verified Deimos before Zodiac but since Xander hacked it, Deimos didn't get the top one spot, similar to what happened with Firework.
I mean levels are placed based on the opinions at the time. So it makes sense that it will have a more accurate placement after many people have beaten it. Idk, personally, using the word “robbed” feels like it was placed maliciously.

One other thing: Acheron doesnt knock AoD off the top spot in a no-Space timeline, Silent MFin Clubstep does, and gets its historically deserved top 1 spot.
silent clubstep literally should be like top 50. It has like 2 hard parts that aren't even hard to the best players on 360fps. everything else is just modern extreme demon. Idk how its even top 3, or even top 10. Silent clubstep is the worst fucking "top 1" in gd history. And who gives a shit about history, players couldn't even beat bloodbath for months but now thousands of people have. Silent clubstep will never be a top 1 and never should be, you people glaze this level for the stupidest fucking reasons.

First off I wanna say I enjoyed the video a bunch. That being said I would like to provide some constructive criticism. I think with your voice being quite unique as it is you might want to think about not talking so fast as there were many moments throughout the video that I just missed everything you said in a sentence. Again, liked the video and I think you got good potential

Theory of darkness was rated in 1.9. This level was harder than bloodbath but because of pressure of top players it was removed from the servers and remains unrated. But it was hack verified originally so idk
and Diabolic ClubStep got robbed from the video RIP

I didn't include unrated levels in this, I mainly wanted to focus on the 100% accurate cases. DC also had a lot of variance in its opinions from what I've been told.

Firework was placed few seconds before Slaughterhouse. Go to pointercrate and go to the "time machine" section and put year to 2021, month to november, day to 2, hour to 22, minute to 48 and second to 20
Sonic Wave Infinity was hyped as a Top 1 for a long time so when it was verified everyone expected it to be Top 1 so idk if it was really robbed view wise but it was definitely robbed from the Top 1 spot

Even though it's an interesting topic to think about I think it's kinda dumb to say x level was harder than y level when x level was released because the hardware and software players are using changes over time and skillsets can change based on what levels are at the top so just because x level is considered harder nowadays doesn't mean it was necessarily actually more difficult back in 2021. A good example is phobos being considered harder than bloodbath nowadays but back in 2016 most people were still on 60hz with a few on 144hz where as now most people are on 360fps so bloodbath literally was harder back then even if it is considered easier now. Also a lot of these list placements will probably change again in the future.
For the Oblivion situations if it's possible I think it would apply the same with Tidal Wave. as it's not rated for a long time. I think theres an explaination video for this + there are over 3+ upcoming top 1 that are currently being verified. it would take i guess at least 3+ month

I wouldnt say robbed because technically it wasnt but since zodiac was originally hacked technical was the verifier and atomic beat thinking space only 2 hours after technical beat zodiac. if atomic beat thinking space 3 hours earlier he would have beaten the hardest demon at the time.
rob should really give elder mods the ability to rate levels. this is actually ridiculous how many people got robbed of fame because rob just didn't rate levels for weird lengths of time

Everyone forgot to mention that if it weren’t for Xander hack verifying zodiac, deimos (and maybe kenos but I’m not sure) would’ve been top 1, which meant npesta verified a top 1 level
off the top of my head I can think of 3 "robbed" top 1s you missed in this video.
- Kenos would have been #1 at the time of it being verified if not for Zodiac being hack verified and released
- Crimson planet would have been #1 if it was rated when it was verified just 3 months after bloodlust was verified and rated.
- I dont know if you would count this, but Death Corridor Z would have been #1 for a long time if it was actually rated when Sunix verified it, as I believe it's considered to be harder than bloodlust and was verified like 5 months before that

- DCZ isn’t in as I didn’t want to include still unrated levels as there’s a lot of unknown of where they would have placed
- Kenos was verified on December 14, 2019. The first Zodiac victor (Tech) was 8 months prior, so Kenos doesn’t qualify.

Firework was moved above slaughterhouse later on the day it was on the demonlist but was moved back below slaughterhouse

Also Space being hurt in his ego after AOD got placed above is so sad. Cheating the completion and say it's easier just to get back on top.

AoD is now above Slaughterhouse as of February 2024! In the same update where Tidal Wave was placed on top 1 (moving AoD and Slaughterhouse to #5 and #7), the two levels swapped positions. Prior to the update, Slaughterhouse was #4 and AoD was #6, but now AoD is #5 and Slaughterhouse is #7. The demon list is constantly changing though, so maybe this comment will be outdated soon.
Ofc this is just post Tartarus but I wanted to mention that the only other one I know is fexty, bc it would be in the same boat as trueffet as it would have placed at #1 if it had gotten rated when verified but is now below bloodbath on the list

Another robbed top 1 i think is The Ultimate Phase, when it was added, it was put below cataclysm and Ice Carbon Diablo X, which are considered easier, but i know that TUP got buffed by Andromeda, so I dont exactly know if the nerfed version is harder than cataclysm or not
another top 1 that you forgot was athanatos which was originally below sakupen hell but after later reworks was pushed above sakupen hell and would have remained #1 till the verification of artificial ascent. Of course its debatable on if athanatos should count since it was hack verified by aurorus but knobbelboy did become the fist victor in november, 1 month before artificial ascent was verified

@@kingdart999 knobbelboy beat athanatos on nov 13th while sonic wave was verified on nov 25, and even then sonic wave wasn't placed on the list untill jan 14th (atleast according to the time machine)
@@ilect1690 athanatos at some point was #1 but it was only for a week or 2 but then was moved down (moved up again much later) sonic wave was top 1 right around when it was verified, the time machine at around 2017 is very innaccurate
