    OK...4 floors up starts RESIDENTIAL....Hmm what are the kitchen options....NATURAL GAS STOVE HOOK UPS.....Ummm NATURAL GAS HEATING......SEPARATE UTILITIES....will this be H.U.D. compliant too ?

    Could any money he used to help displaced residents from realty tower and international tower? What a shame.....the realty tower had not even been stabilized after one month and this..mmmm😮
