I’ve been looking for an air cooker. This is a great review. Good to know that the lid does get hot and need to keep away from children. Love that you can save on water, electricity n time. I want to get this. N I probably have to test around with water for rice since I like them drier. The braised beef turned out great. ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
An other effect of using pressure cooker is that the ingredients keep there shape. I also use beef with added trunks of bell pepper and sticks of celery none of which were build to a mash, which would be the case after 2 hours in a conventional dutch oven.
I have a pressure cooker, but another brand. It's called Instant Pot, the #1 seller on Amazon. It's worth the $75usd. I have a made a few things with it.
With any pressure cookers, need to read the manual. It can be dangerous.

@@3thanwong I am so relieved you will be coming back! My cantonese grandparents and my father have passed away and sadly I don't have any family left to teach me how to make my favorite dishes. My grandmother was an amazing cook and never wrote anything down. Her idea of telling me how to make something was "little of this, little of that, use cornstarch." Sigh. I really like your videos, especially the focus on making them easy. I look forward to your return!
