Hi Clara! Thank you for the video, it's helped me a lot.
One question about HanLi Chiller: i have a HL-1000 model with my laser machine, and today we got E05 and E12 alarms. Watching your video and reading the Chiller's manual, I've tried all of the maintenances, but unsucessful. So, when we've checked the Pump, it was very very hot and the fan was stuck.
It can be a problem with pump, or the pump is not working for some other reason?

Try to remove the covers of the pump, and listen whether this is a sound , like a bee. Probably the pump is frozen or some what.
