Easy Happy Mail Using Few Supplies

Creating some happy mail with very few supplies. I know we don't all have stacks of washi, stickers, stamps, paper, ephemera for putting our mail together, so this is easy mail art for your pen pals using just 1 set of washi tapes, 1 sticker book and some envelopes.
