What reference?
Well, the whole idea was scamming the rich (the sidemen) into giving them money - which was the main plot of Parasite. The clips of Niko teaching Chi how to act like she's doing a proper pitch are similar to scenes in the movie where the family members taught each other ways to act so they could successfully get their way. Didn't realise it at first but now that you pointed it out it is kind of similar.
