Here’s a tip for next time you do this, before the weigh in instead of eating food which takes a while to break down just drink a bunch of water it will actually be heavier than the food and you can piss out the water weight quicker making it easier to lose weight

+if u drink a lot of water it will flush water, so then u can use sweat suit, sauna, sweat suit in sauna etc to lose hella weight
