The most significant evidence is actually psycho-social i.e. the sexual practices of the ancient Greeks, certain African Tribes, Prison populations etc. Now none of this explicitly excludes the idea of a genetic role, my point is that there is a fundamental insincerity behind the attempt to play up a genetic role, and play down the psychological.
