Good one Ashley! Thanks! 👏👏👏
great documentary ashley very interesting
Thank you sir.
I was rooting for you guys, the cow with the gold coin seems like a lead, I can easily see how infectious tales like that can be.
Brilliant Ashley!!! I'm a 16 year old Scottish treasure hunter from this area and the history is incredible. Love the videos. Keep them up ☺️🧐🎬
Thank you so much for this, shared for sure!
Well done Ashley. What a fantastic account of the story and that place is truly one of the most beautiful places in Scotland. Good to see Hugh 'Indiana' Mackay keeping everyone on their toes. All the best.
Cracking documentary Ashley, better luck next time.
As a descendant of Jacobites, living in the U.S., I love hearing that their histories are not being forgotten. My clan ancestors arrived in the U.S. in 1747, via Ireland. (AO viewer)

Superb.. wonderfully atmospheric. Also remember canoeing on that Loch 15 years ago with my son and cousins. They were from Talmine, next to Melness.
Took a wee daunder up to Castle Varrich and always remember a silver birch tree with a huge bow branch in the middle of a bluebell wood. Was something very mystical about the setting.. like it was hiding ancient secrets 🤔
Ancient Origins lead me here.
Then you are more than welcome.
Amo tus videos!!
Ben Hope is not at the head of the Kyle of Tongue, neither is Castle Varrich,I would suggest the head of the Kyle is where the bridge crosses the Kinloch river on the the "old Kyle"road, have fished Loch Hakel on many occasions, its a sacred and beautiful spot.
Wood love to come on u trip with my long range metal detector Dumfries

are you allowed to metal detect in the highlands?
Yup. With the land owners permission.
Aaaagh the faux Hollywood narration a medieval knight on horseback ?
It was King Robert the Bruce, as I was taking about him. He was around in mediaeval times, and he was a knight too.
