I'm a bass player but I hang out with a lot of good drummers and have picked up some grooves over the years. I even have a drum kit in my garage that I can fake it on. Your breakdown on the actual timing is incredibly helpful. Thank you!
Great practical exercise. Very well explained and broken down. I look forward to incorporating it into my next mont's practice routine. Thanks for the groove, I can see a lot of application for this groove. :-)

Quit calling the 2nd and 3rd triplet partials 'ands' and 'uhs' - that is how you count 16th notes (as 3rd and 4th partials). Count triplets 1 o let 2 o let 3 o let 4 o let.
